    The only thing I've done with my life this year was graduate high school a year late, I guess I'm happy with that

    Some handle s--- differently. My brother lost his s--- and shut down. I still browse online to try to keep my mind off of it but obviously I couldn't when I remembered posting in this thread that it was the best year of my life. I thought about the consequences if I post about it but I understand, I'm edgy too bro

    Probably one of my worst years. My mental health took a nosedive, i've had a couple of mental breakdowns, but I finally got help for my depression that i've had for years. I fell in love for the first time and it got really messy and I got absolutely destroyed and that really damaged me mentally. I'm in my final year of school and I have no idea what I want to do afterwards. I met plenty of new people but I honestly don't think I made any meaningful connections with anyone.
    It was largely a mid year but it had horrible parts but I will grow as a person because of it.

    For the most part this year’s been great.

    Started a new job in January, better money and hours than I’ve ever been on and I f---ing love what i do.
    I’ve taken more trips in the last 12 months than i have in the last 12 years, both work and personal, and I’ve thoroughky enjoyed each one.
    My uncle died suddenly enly in June, which knocked me for 6, but it promoted me to find and meet my dad, for the first time in 20 years, which resulted in some long overdue personal growth.
    I’ve met some truly incredible people and I’ve done things I’m genuinely proud of.
    I’ve developed and grown a little side hustle that’s slowly becoming quite profitable and I’ve also, very recently, got back in to making beats, which always makes me feel good.

    Up until the second week of November it was on course to be the best year of my life. Then I met a girl...

    One of my more boring years.

    But it's been great watching my little boy develop and grow. Being there for his first steps and his first words (Dada!) was great!

    Other than that nothing to report. No promotion yet, no daily highs or lows. Although my sister did give birth to her first child.
