    Well you have a real f---ing fitness model whose been published in multiple real f---ing fitness magazines who has written multiple real f---ing columns about fitness for said fitness magazines telling you that you don't know s---.

    I probably dont know s--- about dieting but when i decided to lose wieght back in January all i did was run for the most part. Yes i did eat a little healthier but running was what made me lose wieght. I was running 3-5 miles a day, 4-5 days a week. Did that for about 2 weeks and lost 10 pounds. This worked for me but everyone is different.

    it's funny when people act like the act of living a healthy lifestyle has always been the same way since the beginning of time

    you realize how quickly things change and new ideas and new methods are discovered

    nothing is set in stone

    obviously i'm not up to date with the latest fitness s---, everything i posted is stuff that i've known from like 7 years ago when i was actively healthy

    by your logic you might as well tell bot to just shut the f--- up and stop being a fatass

    if you really are an established fitness b----, you should be able to understand not all of your expert level s--- is going to workout for bot

    I know your intentions weren't bad bruh, but I understand where solo is coming from. There is so much bs, lies and misconstrued information perpetuated in the whole 'fitness' industry, it's a massive joke tbh, and it does get annoying seeing people spread all this bs over and over again. I literally see websites and blogs sreading a load of jumbo that just isn't true or lacks sound proof. Even when I see people commenting other peoples statuses about losing weight, bulking or whatever - I can't help but facepalm at some of the inaccuracies [I usually just scroll past and not comment to avoid looking like a pretentious smart a---]

    It's just one of those situations where you have to know what you're talking about or you're gonna end up looking like a r-----. That's the case for a lot of things, but it's far more prominent in this culture lol.

    i too, understand where solo is coming from, and if the things i posted are in fact garbage, then instead of doing what he did, he should use his experience and knowledge to help bot

    instead he decided to look like a huge know it all d-ck and helped no one

    bot is still fat

    no one won

    and the cute thing is, i know solo is done posting now because i'm no longer arguing against him

    he doesn't care about helping, he cares about looking like a smart a---

    Once I dropped sugar & started using artificial sweetener I quickly lost a little weight & bodyfat.
    @Bot You really need to quit the soda's. Start drinking as much water as u can & eat some fruits that could help stop you from getting very hungry.
    Also try not to eat too much carbs late at night after 9. Have some food high in protein at that time instead.

    People go about correcting others different ways, some are more tactful and have diplomacy and some will come at you hard and set you straight, that's life bruh - either way has the underlying intention of helping you. He may have been harsh but it was funny to watch from my viewpoint lol.

    But seriously, it was just a case of him stressin' and correcting these so called facts. Don't take it to heart.

    Thanks. I already tried having some fruit I started having Strawberries, cantaloupes, you know the good s---. And I limited myself to two sodas a day rather 5 like I use to, after that though it's mainly water, I cut out also pasta bread and also instead of having 2nds I narrowed it down to 1. And last night I started walking around my park, I walked around 4 times its about a mile around, but it isn't doig much I have yet to see any improvement maybe I'm just a fat f--- for life
