Mar 31, 2015 I take c4 too. I just try to limit it to when i need it. when I'm coming off of work with zero energy it's a good way to force myself to hit the gym or when i know im going to do a heavy session. when I do take it pretty consistently (3-4 times per week) I try to cycle off every month or two. that s--- keeps me up too if i take it too late in the evening, so sometimes I just drink a cup of coffee and hit it.
Mar 31, 2015 Soy protein (soy in general) contains estrogen, which is why its mainly for women & not for men. You don't want that in your body. Whey protein > all. Estrogen: Oestrogens or estrogens are a group of compounds named for their importance in both menstrual and estrous reproductive cycles. They are the primary female sex hormones.
Mar 31, 2015 no s---? i never knew soy had any amount of estrogen. i'll stay off of it then, appreciate the info
Mar 31, 2015 Soy doesn't contain estrogen it just increases estrogen production in the body. I think you have to have a fair amount of the stuff to see increased levels though.

Apr 12, 2015 I need some help losing some weight. 3 weeks ago I weighed 100kgs. Without a doubt over weight but I've always been heavy, even when I was 18 and going to the gym on a regular basis. I have an active job on my feet all day. I eat badly, I know that. I drink on average 3 beers a day, every day. I never work out. I smoked. All that has changed recently, it's taken 2 years of cutting down but I've now stopped smoking and can confidently say I'm a non smoker. I've joined a gym and for the last 3 weeks have gone between 2-3 times per week (only cardio at the moment). I'm eating better (I've been a bit more conscious of what I eat for about a year now). I weighed myself after 2 weeks and was 97.8kg and yesterday (a week later) 97.3kg. I don't think I'm losing weight quick enough, I'd there any tips you can give me to help?
