    or do some quick sets right after running or floor ball, if you have some weights where you exercise.

    I actually don't want to lift that many times either. I would gain too much. I'd rather take it a bit slow. My running results are far more important to me than lifting anyhow.

    i want the easiest way to get 35g of fiber daily

    no Broccoli s--- .. any suggestions ?

    three times ain't many. but some air squats or something like that after running, wouldn't be the worst thing to do then. also just to keep injuries away.
    I don't know if you have it where you live, but psyllium seed husks are an easy way.

    You would gain too much?Makes me lol when people say this, like it's easy to attain an impressive physique. You're not suddenly gonna become ronnie coleman because you lift 5 times a week, that's like me sayin I don't wanna play basketball too many times a week or I'll become micheal jordan.

    Your physique depends on your diet, you can get stronger without having to get 'bulky'. But fair enough if you're gonna do 2 I can't convince you, make sure you're training with a lot of intensity anyway, 60kgx5 bench shouldn't be hard to achieve, that's do-able in a couple months.

    Oats are the goat, I eat 100-200g a day. Beans/sweet potatoes, even more fruits will do though,

    it is really good, though you may get some stomach ache the first couple times. but think you will anyway when you start to eat more fiber.
    where I live, you can just buy it at the pharmacy. but should be the same on amazon

    You run every km roughly 2-3 secs slower if you gain 1kg. If I gain 3kg, I would statistically run a maraton over 6 minutes slower. That's quite a bit.

    it's the shells from some seeds. you mix a spoon full or two with water or lemonade and drink it.

    I obviously know that, but when I combined it with all the other workouts I'm doing, I would say i've a pretty busy schedule these days.

    Well, Usain Bolt has some good muscles and he is fast af so.... same with the other runners.

    @Myril If u get into a fight u can always run away Forest Gump style lol

    Sprinters lift very heavy. Distance runners are very weak & light.

    I would run 10 km faster than Usain Bolt easily.

    Dont mix people that run 100/200 meters with people that run 10 km / maraton...

    well, there's a difference between 100m and a marathon :emoji_wink:
    think the longest period has been about six months, and then I started eating some protein bars with fibers in stead. the taste isn't really good, thats why I would prefer it with lemonade.
