Jan 25, 2015 Both* *I've not done any marathon yet (only started running around this time last year), only half marathon. Going to run a couple of them this year though.
Jan 25, 2015 Ah oh, my fault then ^^ I thought you were only playing sports, there are some examples like Bale or Ronaldo with a very good physique and still very very fast (of course they are not running all the time but those sprints can make the difference playing sports)

Jan 25, 2015 you fukin wot m8 that's like 4.3 minutes per mile, my mind is genuinely blown. I randomly went to try it once with basically no training and got 51 mins, and I'm considered a fast runner [short distance]. Good luck man, I kinda see why you can't train as much as you'd like because that s--- does take a lot of energy and weight would influence it
Jan 25, 2015 Majority of losing weight is from what you eat. I don't do much cardio, but going out for morning runs, hitting cardio machines in the gym & maintaining a good diet is all you need. Just takes patience. cause it'll take at least a month to see a difference (if you're consistent).

This is just a regular race that everyone can join, so non of the best 10 km runners in Norway participated.

Jan 25, 2015 Think you're going to struggle really really hard to reach 35ish unless you've a talent for running. Most people won't be able to get down to that time, no matter how hard they train.
