Mar 26, 2015 what should the stipulations be on the bet? bet up to 1000 points on the winner? payout is 1.5x for the correct winner 2x if you select type of win (KO, split/unanimous decision etc etc.) hows that sound guys?
Mar 26, 2015 I don't know how many points i have but i bet all of em on Floyd to win by split decision
Mar 27, 2015 Freddie Roach: After Pacquiao Wins, Mayweather Will Be Known as 'Mr. 47-1' http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...um=referral&utm_campaign=programming-national Roach says that for the first time, Manny is fighting a fighter he does not like.
Mar 27, 2015 I'm a Floyd fan ever since the De La Hoya fight but idk b part of me (a lot of me actually) wants Manny to win. I hate to admit it
Mar 28, 2015 Well we're getting All Access and 24/7 they're just going to be called something else. No idea why they did this but what the f--- ever I'll f---ing hyped. Although Showtime will not produce an “All Access” series and HBO won’t do a “24/7” series in the buildup to the Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Manny Pacquiao megafight -- for which they have partnered for a joint pay-per-view telecast on May 2 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas -- each network will produce its own prefight programming. Mayweather-Pacquiao A Hot Ticket The Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Manny Pacquiao fight is looking to generate $74 million in live gate alone, part of a total package that could surpass $400 million. On Friday, Showtime announced its plans. It will produce the four-part “Inside Mayweather vs. Pacquiao,” a documentary-style series leading up to and covering the fight. It will debut April 18 immediately after Showtime’s coverage of the Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.-Andrzej Fonfara fight that night. Episode 2 will be April 25 (7:30 p.m. ET/PT), Episode 3 on April 29 (10 p.m. ET/PT), and Episode 4, which will serve as the epilogue, is slated for May 9 (time TBA). The series will focus on Mayweather as he heads into the fight. The HBO programming, which has not yet been announced, will focus primarily on Pacquiao. “'Inside Mayweather vs. Pacquiao' will not only welcome viewers into Mayweather’s camp before the fight but also give viewers a window into those dramatic and often poignant moments immediately before and after this historic fight,” said Stephen Espinoza, Showtime Sports executive vice president and general manager.
Mar 28, 2015 Yeah if this goes to decision and they give it to Manny, I want to see how Floyd reacts. This is more than a fight, his legacy depends on this W.
Mar 28, 2015 I'm looking forward to the whole build up. Don't think the fight will be that great. Pacquaio has no power without Peds & Mayweather has lost his speed but I think his ring craftsmanship will be enough to get the win.
Mar 28, 2015 Really don't think Manny was ever on Peds, just age caught up to him and his power began to go away. I don't see anything different about Floyd's speed tbh. His instincts on the other hand have gotten slower though. That was really evident when he fought Maidana. This fight def will be underwhelming though.
Mar 28, 2015 LOL. Come on man Roach basically confirmed Ariza was doping Manny up and I say that as a Mayweather Stan who currently has Ariza in his camp.
Mar 28, 2015 Everever since Floyd brought up drugs Pacquaio has stopped KO anybody. No KO's in his previous 9 fights.
Mar 28, 2015 Roach confirmed it? Idk what you're referring to, link me to what you're talking about maybe? Mayweather first accused Pacquaio for steroid use in early 2009 I believe. Pacquiao went on to KO Ricky Hatton and TKO Cotto later that year.
Mar 28, 2015 From what I've read, Ariza was hired by Roach in 2008. Pacquiao's rise to stardom began long before that and he was released after the Rios fight, long after Pacquiao's decline in power was evident. So did these mystery drinks Ariza was supposedly giving Pacquiao stop working after 2009 or what?
Mar 30, 2015 Where are you guys going to watch this? I can't even remember the last time I've purchased a PPV event, but I think I'm going to order this. I prefer going to a bar, like Buffalo Wild Wings, but the bars during the night of this fight are going to be overly-crowded....so I think the best idea would be to just order it
Apr 8, 2015 The last time I watched a fight at a bar was the Canelo Alvarez vs Floyd Mayweather fight. It's an overall s-----y experience for someone who really wants to watch the fight, or if you're like me, and you score the fight as you go. I would rather see a standard definition online stream than watch a fight at a bar again. This fight I'll be purchasing though.
Apr 8, 2015 Are they running with stories from out of context sentences from my boy Freddie? Pacquiao fueled by Mayweather's domestic abuse Freddie Roach, has described boxing's May 2 megafight as "good against evil" and insists his fighter's deep dislike of opponent Floyd Mayweather will be the deciding factor in the contest. "Manny is really against domestic violence," Roach said. "It is a big issue maybe in the Philippines for him and being a congressman he can control some of that stuff. That is a big plus for me that Manny does not like the guy, I think the killer instinct is going to come back a lot faster." http://www.usatoday.com/story/sport...acquiao-las-vegas-welterweight-bout/25432311/ I know Freddie talks a lot but d---
