Aug 5, 2015 I don't think any of the Detox material made it to this album, if I had to guess I'd say the oldest tracks are from 2-3 years ago. I doubt Dre would keep beats or stuff like that from old sessions considering how quick he is to throw stuff away. You never know though. I still remember the infamous Bishop Lamont "Detox September b------s" video lol. Dre was right next to him and just smiled when he said that .. But it's finally time. Detox tomorrow b------s
Aug 5, 2015 I've been following Detox for years and I'm a huge Dre fan. Now that this is finally happening, i'm confused. lol. part of me feels like i should be mario-punching the roof with excitement, then I realize i have literally 0 idea of what to expect/what this will sound like. I should be excited, but i'm not feeling it. Think this is the calm before the storm and tomorrow i'll be punching f---ers in excitement
Aug 5, 2015 I don't really think this will all be from what time period. I think we'll be getting the best of the best(In Dre's eyes) that he's done since like 2007. I remember the last batch of "Detox" songs that were admittedly given away were some of the tracks on The Big b---, Kingdom Come, Outta Control Remix and Snoop's Imagine. I didn't believe him at all when he said this is all brand new music and the snippet of Talking To My Diary confirmed that. I think it's a long shot but I'm really, really hoping this is still on it.

Aug 5, 2015 Imagine>> Outta Control>> Actually, all his throwaway beats from like 00-10 would of made a pretty spectacular album. (Think it was sorta confirmed that they were songs from the original Detox. I remember reading about the DOC telling people the album sounded like 'imagine' but jimmy said it needed to be more upbeat lol. Just heard the talking to my diary snippet. I like the beat. will need to hear the full song since waking up my hype is on a constant grow, fuuuuuck its happening lol.

People made that up just like they said the HD commercial was a song from Relapse 2. 50 had a song named Psycho produced by Dre but there was no evidence that beat was it. It was pure speculation. That said I can easily see Dre keeping old beats but changing up the artists. We'll see though!
Aug 5, 2015 Does anyone have a compilation of all of dre's production and the leaks from detox? I'd love to dive into his discography while I'm at work tommorow and give you guys my thoughts on him after being more educated about him.
Aug 5, 2015 That was a throw away. 50's relationship had deteriorated by the end of 2006. 50 was actually at Eminem's house going through Eminem's laptop full of beats. Well apparently he loved that one because he took it, made a song with it and released it unmastered. Dre wasn't happy but went ahead and mastered it for him anyways lol. One of the GOAT Dre beats btw.
