Jan 25, 2015 I actually don't want to lift that many times either. I would gain too much. I'd rather take it a bit slow. My running results are far more important to me than lifting anyhow.

Jan 25, 2015 three times ain't many. but some air squats or something like that after running, wouldn't be the worst thing to do then. also just to keep injuries away. I don't know if you have it where you live, but psyllium seed husks are an easy way.

You're not suddenly gonna become ronnie coleman because you lift 5 times a week, that's like me sayin I don't wanna play basketball too many times a week or I'll become micheal jordan. Your physique depends on your diet, you can get stronger without having to get 'bulky'. But fair enough if you're gonna do 2 I can't convince you, make sure you're training with a lot of intensity anyway, 60kgx5 bench shouldn't be hard to achieve, that's do-able in a couple months. Oats are the goat, I eat 100-200g a day. Beans/sweet potatoes, even more fruits will do though,

Jan 25, 2015 it is really good, though you may get some stomach ache the first couple times. but think you will anyway when you start to eat more fiber. where I live, you can just buy it at the pharmacy. but should be the same on amazon
Jan 25, 2015 You run every km roughly 2-3 secs slower if you gain 1kg. If I gain 3kg, I would statistically run a maraton over 6 minutes slower. That's quite a bit.

Jan 25, 2015 well, there's a difference between 100m and a marathon think the longest period has been about six months, and then I started eating some protein bars with fibers in stead. the taste isn't really good, thats why I would prefer it with lemonade.
