    The amount of love and respect being shown is unbelievable.

    Life is f----- man, a guy who was clearly absolutely adored by everyone he met but had many dark problems, f---ing awful.

    This has seriously affected me today. Honestly can’t believe that he’s dead.

    Will never forget my late teens discovering his music and listening to his come up. What a time that was.

    He transformed into such a great f---ing artist and musician, had so so much more to give.

    Absolutely heartbreaking, rest easy Mac. Legend.

    Been revisiting his catalogue the last two days, this guy really had the most astronomical improvement of all time. Pre and post Watching Movies Mac are like completely different rappers

    The music he left is timeless, he lives forever through some amazing albums. Swimming is a HIGH NOTE and I can't thank that guy enough

    Exactly—and that's one of the things I always thought was really cool about his music, is how he kinda grew up as I did. Cuz I respect not only his growth as an artist but his growth as a human being. It's heartbreaking.

    It might be corny to say on a forum or even corny in general, but I looked at Mac as a mirror kind of. Demons, addiction, lost love. Faces resonated with me in 2015. But he made an album in Swimming that was so f---ing positive and motivational in its own way. He was on the right track and he deserved to get through it, and it's sad it ended like this for him.

    How Mac miller left this world on not just a high note but a motivating, uplifting record is mind boggling and insanely sad. Anybody that's struggled with addiction and or depression can relate to his struggles. I wish he could have beaten his demons, he deserved it
