Jan 9, 2020 That was kinda interesting. I mean I know when an huge artist like MJ dies long after his prime, the new generation that knew about him wants to see why he was so huge and listens to him, therefore, he or she might have the biggest run ever after death but for Mac Miller, it was weird. He was barely doing good numbers if anything but after he died I wonder what made people really care about him ? Maybe many of them heard him for the first time and when they checked few songs by him, they liked what they heard. I wasn't a Mac fan untill his death neither but that's related to Swimming album. I didn't really liked the previous ones even though I listened to them all, so I wasn't really too eager to give time to listen to Swimming. But after he died and he went popular, I decided maybe this time it would worth for real. And it was one of my fav albums of the year. So if this new album is anything like that, I'm in as f---...
Jan 9, 2020 I didn't like much he did after Faces but I'm interested in this, hoping the songs were finished and intended to be released though
Jan 9, 2020 That's really the important part. Unless he was really mostly done with an album, I doubt this would sound good...
Jan 9, 2020 Considering he had enough material to play the album for ppl leads me to believe it was close enough to being done for this to turn out good great read btw: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/music/story/2020-01-08/mac-miller-circles-posthumous-album%3f_amp=true
Jan 9, 2020 in for this. hope there is something chilling like "nikes on feet" or "thoughts from a balcony"
Jan 9, 2020 Just because he became more famous after his death, doesn't make him underated. We seem to be forgetting what the term "underated" means. By definition "underated" means to be valued less than their actual worth. This wouldn't make a difference if he was dead or alive.
Jan 9, 2020 Mac Miller was underrated in the sense that he was written off by a whole crowd of rap fans after his early mixtapes and debut album were more frat rap in style. Then they never gave him a chance as he grew into a great artist.
Jan 9, 2020 I feel like he was though, especially in the UK where I'm from. He had a very, very small following.
Jan 9, 2020 Definitely not an easy watch but absolutely lovely video to go with that song. This album is gonna have my emotions all over the place
