    Say what you want about drake but he kept the competitiveness in hip-hop alive more so than Em, Cole, Kendrick etc. in the last 5 years. Dude gave us some of the most entertaining moments/feuds in hip-hop since the mid 00s.

    I hope so too, but I don't have a lot of faith in Eminem's 2018 writing ability to craft a tightly-woven diss song.

    I think him calling him "the greatest ever" in the diss was like a "yeah we get it dude you have to assert you're the greatest ever because you're insecure about your position in rap."

    "Homie we get it, we know that you're the greatest rapper alive"

    I also think going hard on his mom/halie/kim would be lame cuz Em's already gone hard on his family in his own songs his whole career. And I'd rather hear someone call out em for being a recluse than go at a college-aged(?) girl who's done nothing wrong.

    At the start of StudioLeaks there was a user who went by Machine Gun Kelly... who would promote Kelly with every post... I teased him about being Kelly since I didn't think there could be that big of a machine gun Kelly fan... then he changed his name to "Lace up"... still think that was MGK.

    That's why I thought it was weak when Eminem dissed Everlast for being old when he was only 3 years older at the time... but of course at the time Eminem was lying about his age to appear to be more youthful and Everlast was targeting an older audience.


    Still... when someone is 20-some years older than you... you can call them old... you probably shouldn't call someone 3 years older than you "old."

    What made Em's diss to Everlast so good was it was relentless and full of savage disses and was also dense in rhymes.

    Everybody thinks these 'youre old' disses are what it's all about, but Em's 'nobody wants to hear their grandfather rap' diss was Em just getting started. The dope disses from '04 were more like you oughta k--- yourself (jump) cuz only then will you be all over the street, like 50 cent!

    MGK came with some solid stuff, but over all his delivery was lacking, and there weren't any really sharp barbs. Anyway, thanks MGK, a worthy sacrifice.

    No one else finds it creepy MGK called eminem's underage 15 yr old daughter hot in the Instagram comments when he was 21? he often thinks about little girls in this way?
