    I'm not a big mgk fan anymore. I think his act grew a little corny to me. Still love some of his old stuff though

    In a way I agree. I think his best material came out before his first album. First album was good. His material between albums was spotty at best. A few good songs but alot of awful ones. Gone is the only second album single I truly love. Not a big fan of the others. We'll see what this album brings.

    Pleasantly surprised with this album after the fuckery he put out since being signed. It's not 100 words and runnin or Lace up (mixtape) good.. But it's still a huge step forward. Middle of the album is weak but it starts and finishes strong.. Merry go round :emoji_fire:

    Lol that remix is garbage, but the original song isn't much better. I broke down and bought the FYE version. Starting my listen now. Loving the vibe of the opening track. "This ain't Tupac, this ain't Em show, this ain't Jigga Man, this that Kellz flow" Whoooo! Review coming later.

    I was disappointed with a lot of the first half of the album. Not a fan of Trap MGK. Everything from "Gone" through the end of the album is great. Also I have a soft spot for the Kid Rock song because it sounds very 1998.

    Well here's my review. This is a solid album, but in my opinion it's not as good as Lace Up. Gone is easily the best track on here, one of the best songs of his career. Other than that this album doesn't have a 'See My Tears' or a 'All We Have' a track I can see myself listening to for years to come. If you like the more street/rap side of MGK this is the album for you. If you're like me and prefer the more personal side you might find this lacking in ways. I give this a solid 6/10 on first listen. Gotta listen more.

    Story of the stairs > See my tears...the album couldve done without Oz and Everyday, not bad songs but dont compare to the rest
