Really, really strong. Expertly done action, the best I've seen in years. Amazes me how impressed I've been by the FAST series...

Saw it on 3D and wow...

The movies are essentially standalone. The first and third are just OK but Mad Max 2 is the one that really shines. It's probably the only one I recommend.

The first was really low budget, had horrible editing (both sound and video) and hasn't aged particularly well. You'll probably finish it and think "that's it?" because it isn't full of baddies with sick cars and desert wastelands. It's pre-apocalypse. Mad Max 2 is the post apocalypse setting people think of when they hear the name.

I'll join the chorus with everyone else...it definitely lives up to the hype. Makes most modern action movies look so very dull in comparison.

Need to come down from the rush and give it some time to breathe, but I feel comfortable saying that this was the most fun I've ever had watching a movie in the cinema. Without a doubt one of the greatest action films I've ever seen.
