Dec 21, 2017 The flow is dope! You can't argue things about Em that make him Eminem! How he pronounces words!!! He's always done that differently! That's not a post hiatus issue!
Dec 21, 2017 Eat Eat a bag of d----s and move the f--- on you pathetic excuse of a human being. Stop listening to his newer s--- if you want to hate on it. If he has forgotten how to flow then why his flow is still intact on songs like Arose, Castle, River, Evil Twin, No Love, Forever, Don't Front, Deja Vu n all??? He changes his flow every f---ing album for himself. He has always annunciated words differently on purpose, it isn't a post hiatus thing at all. He doesn't owe s--- to you. And definitely not to an ungrateful f--- like you. And he destroyed himself with pills only when he was doing that s--- daily, on a heavy scale. People get better with their s--- without drugs. So has Em with his writing and his writing is the reason we get the flow we're getting. And what's this music theory principles are you talking about?? So this c---- is gonna teach the industry veterans about rapping. Would love to hear an EP or s--- from you too, would love if you flow like "Old Em" Teach me somethin'??? People are just tryna be experts these days. Get the f--- out of this forum and try to attend some lectures related to positivity n s---, get a life too maybe. Too much hate within one soul. You're not a rapper, you've got no right to tell a veteran if he's losing his flow. If you f--- with it, alright, otherwise move the f--- on!!! If you want to listen to something that sounds like his older self, f---ing bump that old s--- from 2002 in your Mama's basement and don't even step in this form you c----. Stop acting like Hoe Buttons and nitpicking s---.
Dec 21, 2017 NO, he did not. Eminem always pronounced things exactly as they're pronounced. It was up to the listener to notice the "slant" rhymes, when there were some. Go listen to him say "b---- r-----ed" and "sixteen dollars" normally on "Marshall Mathers."
Dec 21, 2017 How about you f--- off and we continue to do whatever we want? It's not in tact on any of those except for Deja Vu. No, he does not. HIs flow is the same now as it was on MMLP2 and Recovery. He changes his voice, but his flow isn't something he intentionally changes from album to album. ENUNCIATED. Not "annunciated." f---ing middle eastern r-----s trying to tell us native English speakers about how our language is supposed to work. And NO, he did not. On his first 3 mainstream albums, he always pronounced words exactly the way they're pronounced. He would occasionally switch the dialect when it fit (for example, a New York accent or a southern accent), but he never emPHAsized unstressed syllables to try to point out rhymes. Again, listen to how he says "b---- r-----ed/sixteen dollars" on "Marshall Mathers." He says them exactly as he would conversationally, and it's up to the listener to realize that's a slant multi. No, but he owes it to himself, because he's losing whatever legacy, love-er RISS-pect.......he's garnered. Yeah, in 2003-2007. And it wiped out who he was and much of what he knew about his craft. He had only a vague recollection of what it was he used to do, and had to relearn everything. He has talked about "relearning how to rap" several times himself. I'm not just making this up. He doesn't have 30 straight years of experience. He has only tried to build off starting over in 2008. His writing is nowhere near as good as it used to be in any aspect. He went from writing fluent, vivid poetry with nuance and subtlety to writing on-the-nose prose, split up at the snare, with forced emphasis and littered with "dad puns." There are actually mathematic rules to music. Apparently you weren't aware of that. I can't flow like the old Eminem. But I can sure as h--- flow like the new one, and that's a problem. I have been writing rap lyrics sober for a longer string of years than he has. He had a pill zombie period that wiped out everything he had built on, so his real experience only goes back to 2008. There isn't enough of that s--- from his prime years. And that's not even the point. If he permanently fell from these heights, though, I'll be fine. It's his happiness that is at stake here; his happiness depends on respect from his peers, which is something he is losing. He cares about that very deeply.
Dec 21, 2017 Imagine thinking GTC flow is bad. This website should be deleted. If you're gonna do it, do it right.
Dec 21, 2017 When I listen to Eminem's old music, you know what I think? I think, "Eminem didn't split the phrases enough! And he didn't do enough Dad puns! And he didn't do enough unnatural emPHAsis!" Let's re-write some of Eminem's classic songs so that he can mature and evolve, yo. Dear Slim, I wrote you but you still ain't callin' I "left my cell", like I just got out on bail, why don't you page? Dec 21, 2017 My life allows me to do what I want. Think about that the next time you're locking up at Radio Shack.
Dec 22, 2017 The fact that you've got literally 0 likes on any piece of bs you just posted throughout the night shows that how much interest people have in your opinions and how badly you're wasting your time convincing everyone that how your precious 1995-02 Em is better. I hope you've heard Em's interview from Art of Rap documentary of 2012?? The reason why we are getting the flows and songwriting from Em rn is his focus on the technical aspects of rapping. He himself clears that he's more concerned about technical aspects of his art. It can be annoying for us at times but it's still great for him since his skill set is expanding. Get the f--- off the internet. Bump his older stuff and cry about how he ain't s---, all alone. Get a f---ing life. Go out somewhere and make some friends. Get a girlfriend. If you're wasting so much energy on some hip hop forum, your life would be so much better if you use this energy anywhere besides this forum. Shove your opinions inside your rear because it ain't s--- for all of us. And I'm an Asian you Murican f---! At least we don't have a joke of a president in the centre.
Dec 22, 2017 14 posts within a day. You've got loads of time in your hands. I've been a member since around an year and I've just started posting now, since a couple of months or so. And at least I post rational, properly thought out arguments instead of spewing bs all over this forum and creating a thread about how a random punk on the internet can improve Eminem's music. You're just wasting people's time and ruining their enjoyment through your trash.
Dec 22, 2017 I type 130 words per minute and shredded all of you combined in maybe a half hour. I think you were the one I destroyed the worst. You were destroyed so badly you now can't even respond with anything other than illogical attempts at insults.
Dec 22, 2017 Eminem is eventually going to give us his best album ever. But for the time being every single album he has made is a classic. Not just his first 3. You have to find internal meanings. MMLP2 is still under review. That could be one misstep. Encore is a classic. We have all established that. It has top notch material. Relapse is definitely his most unique album. Recovery is the follow up to Relapse. And Revival is his best sounding album and he even had material that would have been his best stuff on Recovery. He also covered politics and made some classic gangster rap songs.
