also i already know all the ips he used for s80 before so i dont get his point

he might be using an ip that is current banned

if it still wont work, i need his ip to whitelist if from server

i dunno if you'd remember, but i had a similar problem happen to me while browsing sxn80 a while ago. it goes into like mobile quality, pics wouldn't load, text looked garbage - windows 95 s---. same as the screenshots posted above, but not as bad. it just sort of started working fine again a day later. you and joel and loya all said it was likely my ISP/my cookies, but now i dunno

(problem just sort of went away, didn't really do anything to fix it.)

he has a globally bad ip that is blacklisted in some servers that we cannot control, he needs to change his ip
