Oct 30, 2015 All the ones who are saying "yeezus is" are just consolidating (if that's a word) it's place as most underrated Kanye album. And mbdtf is awesome because of all the tracks that, when you hear them for the first time, think "ow, this s--- is really great!" Power, dark fantasy, runaway, devil in a new dress, blame game, lost in the world, gorgeous. You don't have that much impressive tracks on any other album.
Oct 30, 2015 Compare it to Yeezus it's clean to my ears. And I dunno about you but I can clearly hear the instruments/lyrics on AOTL. I was talking about the album as a whole so my bad. AOTL isn't self-reflective for Kanye at all. With this song he's telling us a story instead. Is your gripe with AOTL more so about it's maximalistic instruments or lyrics or both? Why do you like Yeezus then? That's really pretentious mate. I'm not a noted fan of Ross but I really think his verse on DIAND is great. His deliverance/lyrics was basically braggadocios, yes, but it was great.
Oct 31, 2015 MBDTF is a really good album. Maybe a lil overrated but still very good. As for 808s & Heartbreaks and Yeezus, they are the most overrated kanye albums ever. Kanye is a very overrated rapper too. But not My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

Yeezus is praised usually here so I guess I can say overrated in before everybody came to their senses and realized how much it s----d. They say something about fashion which is actually true for music too. Different or unique doesn't mean good...
