Oct 10, 2015 I always felt this way, but with Kanye himself backing me up on it, I may as well talk about it now. MBDTF is really good, but I don't think it matches up to Kanye's others. Like he said, it's one of his least progressive projects, giving people what they expected instead of what they never even knew they wanted. It's 10 minutes too long, he raps about conventional subject matter and I can barely remember the last few songs on it.

Oct 11, 2015 Dark fantasy, runaway and power are tracks that you could put on the best produced rap songs of the last ten years. But if you look to what Kanye usually does, experimenting a new sound and then influencing the whole industry, then it's his worst album. If you just compare each album without context, then it's easily his best.
