    They should have another award for MVP or something. While these guys are clearly the best, they're on 2 of the best teams in the world. It'd be cool to recognize other guys who are more vital to their clubs success.

    Wouldn't really work. NBA is very different to Soccer. There's no draft system. The best and most influential players will always be at the top clubs. Also Messi & Ronaldo are absolutely vital to their clubs sucess. Ronaldo maybe not so much these days.

    The thing is, these kids that grow up in the slums dream of Barca & Real Madrid. It's why hazard to madrid was always inevitable. Plus the weather is s--- here.

    A lot of players don't see the prem as the peak but rather barca or madrid.

    You guys overhyped him. He was about to go to spurs.

    Then he subbed on a keeper in the world cup and was a tactical mastermind.

    He's done this at clubs before.
