Mar 8, 2025 Especially since the whole idea of Scream is to make fun of clichés, agree. I dunno, like in Scream 3 Sidney had a dream about her mother haunting her. That kinda worked and could work for Roman/Dewey/Stu. Samantha's visions were not needed but I get they really wanted to connect her to the OG since it was the first movie with a new (co) lead.
Mar 8, 2025 I completely forgot about that. I’m gonna have to rewatch this franchise at some point lol
Mar 8, 2025 They still have super powers though, just look at the things they survive lmao but well, if 50 did, why wouldn't these teens?
Mar 8, 2025 They also wanted to make it seem like she had mental problems that could have turned her into a serial killer herself. Which wasn't a bad idea.
Mar 8, 2025 True it worked 2 ways. The mental issues but also the fact that she is 'the daughter of a serial killer'.
Mar 8, 2025 The main reason I’m not as into Scream 3 is because of the ghost mom stuff. Really hoping it is just flashbacks. stu being alive could work but everyone else no
Mar 8, 2025 Yeah I personally don't really care for the 'cast' members of Stab but it was a really cool idea. Really makes it even more meta lol. But yeah Stu could be alive of course but Roman was shot in the head and Dewey, well... ripped in half by a 17 year old girl LMAO
Mar 8, 2025 Yeah glad they didn't follow up on that in 6 though. Which is realllly similar to Halloween 4 ending with Jamie and not following up in H5. Except Jamie tried to k--- an innocent and Samantha someone that deserved it
Mar 10, 2025 Watched 'Delicious' on Netflix yesterday. Its a german thriller (labeled as horror too a little). I would recommend it! Without spoilers because the twist is fun.
Mar 16, 2025 Lol her line is open to anybody and everybody that wants to give her a role so this isn’t surprising. “Call me” is right
