Oct 31, 2017 And yes I could write a f---ing essay on how the explanation from Resurrection is impossible. If that wasn’t Michael why he would still try to attack her and after getting up why would he just let her run him over. Also I’m so sure a normal human being can survive being thrown through a windshield, ran over, and crushed by a van. Also why wouldn’t he just remove the mask if it wasn’t really him? I also pretend it never happened only because it’s literally impossible. I consider H1/H2/H20 the official trilogy. 4 is its own standalone thing and the rest never happened. Regarding H20, it’s good enough for me to be happy it was made, but it didn’t age as well as I’d hoped. The movie up until Michael and Laurie finally face off is kinda lame. Everyone knows the last twenty minutes is why we’re all watching. Also, Michael gets his a--- beat by Laurie lol. It almost becomes comedic. I get that’s what everyone wanted and I cheer when she cuts his head off but it kinda makes a mockery out of Michael. He’s no longer The Shape in that movie. I’m sure the new one will understand what made the original so good. I hope. I want it to be so good that I can consider the original and 2018 a two parter.
