I'm down for whatever dealin' Dave wants to do, as long as he doesn't trade off Bogaerts or Betts.

Heard a rumor of him going after Sale but Bogaerts would have to be included. Would rather sign Price if that was the case. Sale seems like the type to have chronic shoulder/elbow issues a few years down the line, with that herky-jerky delivery. Sox have been looking for a consistent SS since Nomar was traded.

Anyways Colby Rasmus & Matt Wieters has accepted the $15.8 MM qualifying offer, becoming the first two players to do so in the history of the QO.

Former hitting coach for the Mariners lol

“Robinson Cano was the single worst third-place everyday player I’ve ever seen, for the first half of a Major League Baseball season,” Van Slyke said, referencing Cano’s batting third in the order. “He couldn’t drive home Miss Daisy if he tried. He couldn’t do it. He couldn’t get a hit when it mattered. He played the worst defense I’ve ever seen at second. I mean the worst defensive second baseman ever, I’ve ever seen, in 20 years in the big leagues.”

I think the main priority for the front office is to get to the postseason first since they've only been there once since 2010

He's a great pitcher, but at 30 years old you don't give someone a contract like that anymore. #NeverForgetArod
