Was at the Mets/Brewers game today. Wright with a walkoff, 3-0 single to win it. Grandy hit a HR in the first inning, Cespedes tied the game up in the 6th. Nice little comeback victory after DeGrom pitching poorly. Mets and Wright needed this win.

What're you guys thoughts on Adam Wainwright this season? I dropped him off my fantasy team a couple weeks ago and he's still available. Should I drop one of the young Philly phenom's Aaron Nola or Vince Velasquez and get him back before someone else does?

I still have him on my team but I'm pretty skeptical of him ROS. He had a really nice start last time out and supposedly he made a change to his delivery to better help keep the ball down and to get more bite on his curve. He bought himself a few more weeks on my team just to see if he turns it around. He's better than he has been but I don't expect the 2013 version of him at all.

I wouldn't drop either Phillies pitchers for him though, they've both been real solid and have a ton of upside.

Thanks for the advice, I'm also stuck with Dallas Keuchel and Matt Harvey, not sure what to do with them atm, ether try to sell low or wait and hope they turn it around at some point

I'm not big on Keuchel this year, there seems to be something off with him and he doesn't have the raw stuff to get by on just that. I think Harvey turns it around though, he is too talented to be this bad and has at least shown flashes of his old self this year.

Make that 3, Caminero hit a second guy in the head the next inning. Neither were intentional, he had no clue where the ball was going and had zero control tonight.

"This is a rebuilding year" is not an excuse to fulfill only the minimum requirement to put a team on the field. The Braves ownership clearly never gave a flying f---. This isn't a Major League ball club. It's a AA team, at best. I'm surprised they have even won 12 games. Even the f---ing Twins are under-performing, but the Braves are straight up over-performing. 12-34 is incredible for this team that takes the field every night. They should be 6-40 at best. They can't field worth a s--- and they couldn't hit the ball off a f---ing tee. The pitching isn't that much better. What an absolute abhorrent season.

Think the Twins can out-duel the braves and get the top pick tbh, twins are worse than you give them credit for. They're striking out at historic rates and their pitching is probably even worse. The pitcher with the most wins on their team has 2 wins and it's their closer, and he got 1 of the wins after blowing a save. I'm going to 2 games this weekend, and 1 of the starters I'm seeing has a 5.55 era, the other has a 5.54 era.

It's too bad the Twins aren't playing the Braves at any point this year cuz it'd really be a battle, I somewhat expect a semi-hot streak at some point this season. But besides that Twins will be right there with ATL all year imo.

I'm looking at the peripherals for these teams man and the Twins should not be tied for the worst team in baseball by record. Definitely not. Their strikeout rate as a team is not even in the top five worst. h---, even the Braves aren't in the top five, so silver lining right there.

The difference between the Braves and Twins on the offensive side is that the Braves offense is offensive... as in, its an insult to the word offense. They have a .318 slugging percentage as a team. AS A f---ing TEAM. The next lowest is the Padres at .350. That's a 32 point difference. Because of this, they've scored only 142 runs this season, last in baseball and 25 runs less than the Twins and the Padres. This isn't even getting into the more complex sabremetric s---, in which the combination of the Braves' baserunning, hitting, and fielding make the Twins look like World Series contenders.

Meh, I've never seen a team as bad as these twins. Stats will be a bit misleading cuz the twins had a few decent series against 2 teams, against everyone else they've been awful.

They have scored the fewest runs in the AL I saw though.
