I would be far more interested in Rumble at HW then the DC rematch. Too bad Roy Nelson got suspended 9 months for kicking Big John, would be a great low risk fight for Rumble considering the short notice shape Roy would come in.

Sounds like the UFC is close to stripping McGregor of FW belt, making Aldo FW Champ and having Holloway/Pettis fight for an Interim Belt.

I dont really give a f--- about the belts at this point, but its time to let the FW division move on.

Also Jimmie Rivera vs Bryan Caraway will be the Co-Main of the Phoenix FN card on January 15th.

Looks like more guys from this TUF season will get opportunities in 2017. Alexandre Pantoja who was the #1 seed, submitted Brandon Moreno (beat Louis Smolka on short notice on Lineker/Dodson card, now ranked #12 in the UFC FLW division) in the 2nd round, will fight Eric Shelton who was the #15 seed. Both guys lost in the Semi Finals and i could see either of them competing with the 9-15 ranked FLW's in the UFC right now.

I feel like the new owners are dropping the ball. There's a growing list of fighters upset, no one knows who their new boss is. Fighters are fighting out their contracts (typically they renegotiate before the last fight on the contract). I don't know if they are purposefully letting them fight them out rather than cutting a bunch of them or what the plan is. Plus there is the report that they are planning on handing over production to the networks. This is a very interesting time in the sport... and Bijon Rebney is back with his fighter association. Crazy stuff, I just hope that the golden era of mma isn't coming to an end. Change is scary, but hopefully it will be for the best.

Anywho, I'm excited to see DJ fight this weekend.

Bjork is such a squid, I hate that hes involved with this the way he was running Bellator. Would love to hear Eddie Alvarez weigh in on that.

That being said i do miss Bellator's Tournaments, one thing i think they need to bring back.

Was a fun running joke that he disappeared in Mexico for a while, with him not tweeting for like a year and a half after this.
