    I can tell something good's gonna come out of this for Ariel, not sure if it'll be him being allowed back at UFC events quickly, or something else..But no way he'll just get nothing out of this with all the attention it's got. Watched most of the MMA hour today and heard his whole story, dude sounds like a great guy.

    redsoxx or whoever, is Dana the type to cave in when the public is bashing him for something like this or would he just not care and ignore it?

    From the sounds of it this doesnt come from Dana but from one of the Lorenzo brothers (I forget which one) so it's hard to tell how the UFC will respond

    Anthony Pettis is finally moving down to 145 and wants to fight in August. Should have done it after the Alvarez fight.

    Should fight Charles Oliveira imo.

    The UFC is going back to Salt Lake City on August 6th for the first time since 2010 when Jon Jones fought Vladimir Matyushenko, back when they were doing events on Versus (now NBC Sports). Was wondering what was going on with the August schedule.

    edit: I guess the Main Event will be Yair Rodriguez vs Alex Caceres. Yair is deserving of that spot but not so much Caceres. Although they were trying to feed Cole Miller to McGregor in Dublin a few years ago and Caceres just beat Cole. My guess is it will probably have a few fights under it that are more relevant to the title picture then the M.E.

    Anthony Pettis will make his 145 LB debut against Charles Oliveira (#7 FW) on August 21st in Vancouver on FOX. Bellator LW Champ Will Brooks has signed with the UFC and will fight Ross Pearson at the TUF Finale on July 8th. Also Cub Swanson (#6 FW) vs Tatsuya Kawajiri (#14 FW) and Thales Leites (#12 MW) vs Chris Camozzi added to the Salt Lake card.

    Weird how late they announced all these August shows between UFC 202, the SLC card and now this Vancouver show (especially considering its on FOX). I get that the hold up for 202 was McGregor vs Diaz 2, but im surprised they didn't start announcing fights for these cards earlier.

    Also really weird how Bisping is angling for a Hendo rematch, I get that he wants to get revenge for his most embarrassing loss but Hendo just lost to old a--- Vitor.

    Can't believe Punk's debut still isn't announced, wondering if he's ever gonna fight. Heard rumors of him being at 202 but gotta think they announce that pretty soon if that's true. It just keeps getting delayed due to injuries and whatever else, thought he was supposed to be fine now though.

    I think hes looking for a way out. He should have never announced it and just trained for 6 months or so before making the decision, now he almost has to just go out there and get beat up by the Mickey Gall kid to save face.

    I don't personally care either way but im sure the wrestling fans want to see it. Still seems like all the buzz the guy had is kinda gone.
