Yea i just think none of the guys in the 7-15 range really have much of a shot against the upper half of the division. So if any of them gets a title shot it will end up being like Krylov beating a Shogun or Lil Nog. They are a few more title fights away from having to resort to that though. Rumble/Glover winner will be next and then if Gus beats Blachowicz and Bader beats Latifi then Gus vs Bader could be for the shot after that.

It'd nice if they didn't have to split the pot and guys like Carmont and Davis were around for some more depth. What are the odds DC is still fighting in 2 years when Jones is back? Kind of hop Gus or Rumble beat him just so we can have an interesting trilogy to fill the void until then.

Yea I dunno how Carmont would do at LHW in the UFC probably bottom-mid tier. They probably shouldn't have let Phil go though in hindsight, he would probably slot in between Bader and OSP. I think DC will still be champ when Jon gets back, fighting every 6 months or so. The Heavier divisions are more suited for older guys to stick around anyways.

Anyways Jussier Formiga (#3 FLW) vs Dustin Ortiz (#12 FLW) added to Brazil FN. Formiga with a win would probably only need 1 more to get a title shot.

Full Brasilia card is complete and I don't hate it. Similar to a lot of the Brazilian cards there are a couple big mismatches at the top (although they usually don't have a Brazilian like Bigfoot getting set up to be KO'd).



Expecting fights for the October 15th Manila card to start being announced soon. Dodson was just on a tour there promoting it (he's half Filipino) so i assume he will headline.

They pulled him from both P4P and the LHW rankings. Same with Brock, Machida and Mendes. Melendez and Romero were also pulled when they popped.

Amagov coming out of retirement!!! Although I guess the UFC must have let him go, should be back after a win. That Waldburger KO was brutal, basically ended the kids career. Was disappointed he retired off of that.
