So Benson Henderson made 75k without a win bonus. So much for Bellator being where the money is at. At least for a certain caliber of fighter. He even went on record that sponsorships have dried up since the Reebok deal making the UFC looking more competent still. The only aspect of fighter pay that ever bugged me was when I heard they only alot around 10-15% of revenue to fighter pay, when it should be at least 30% for the average business, let alone a star driven one.

It's going to be a really, really sad moment if Koreshkov shatters it in his first fight back.

Assume it wasn't coming from his end. Anyways Diego Sanchez vs Marcin Held and Kelvin Gastelum vs Jorge Masvidal added to Mexico City card.

I know Kelvin did a recent interview talking about Joe Silva having a tough time match making for him next, but that he wanted to be on that card. I would have given him Gunnar or DHK, but w/e.

Good first episode, surprised Tim Elliot wasn't the #1 seed though.

Anyways I was bashing WSOF the other day, but their next card might be the deepest one they put out (just announced the Prelims). Ton of Eastern European talent, something I wish the UFC would add more of, but that probably starts with a Russian MMA event and that still feels far away.



Also looks like Gunnar Nelson vs Dong Hyun Kim will headline the Belfast card on November 19th.

Kinda crazy that they haven't officially announced any fights for arguably the UFC's biggest event.

With Rockhold saying he makes more money modeling (plus Demi Lovato is his sugar momma now) it doesn't seem like they will be doing the Weidman/Rockhold rematch, which i'm pretty happy about. I'm hoping they have some type of combo of Weidman, Mousasi, Romero and Jacare fighting on the card. Although it might be smarter for one of them (Jacare) to wait out Bisping and not k--- off a contender. Bisping was just calling out GSP the other day for the Toronto card, so who knows would be hilarious if Hendo KO'd him again though.

edit: completely forgot Vitor/Mousasi was happening at UFC 204

Awful match up for The Chris. Probably mean Jacare waits for a title shot though, which is good. Supposedly the fight will be the 3rd on the Main Card, which probably means 2 Title fights. Assume Cowboy vs Lawler will be right below it. I'm thinking JJ vs KK Title fight and probably McGregor vs Alvarez as the Main Event, if they're trying to sell PPV's (Conor won't do a quick turnaround at 145).

Also the long awaited Fitch vs Shields fight is happening at WSOF 34 on the same night as UFC 205.
