Mornings

    This is how I'm feeling now. My Panic attacks/Anxiety/whatever you'd call it are rare but when it happens it's f-----. I've cut back on caffeine/coffee a s--- ton since I started noticing the attacks or whatever. Find it harder to relax now during the day If I've had a morning coffee.

    it feels great, especially in the early morning. you should definitely give that trail a shot. it'll pay off in more ways than one.

    Can't do coffee anytime of the day tbh. Makes me tired as h---, dunno why.

    And I don't do mornings. I'd rather sleep in till noon, especially when my days don't really begin to be productive (and can't really be) until after 3 or so, and generally I get hit with all my creative urges much later in the night. Work on most of my stuff from midnight and on.

    RT this whole post, except for that hole in the wall thing :whoa:

    i never wanted to be like our teachers growing up who smelled like coffee and had coffee stained teeth, but it's a price i'm willing to pay now fam. a morning without coffee is WOAT.

    Yes agree. I was home at 2:30 AM last night and right now it's 8:50 AM over here. Not really much sleep but after a cup of coffee I feel a lot better after an hour or so. Better than if I stayed in bed till 11/12, your whole day is kind of ruined then.

    If i got some milo to throw in my coffee to make a moca then i swear i can take on any morning haha, good a--- toast helps too....
