Wasn't that what made Em who he is today, isn't that what Em fans look for everytime he drops (or at least they act as if they look for that, in reality all they wanna hear is him spitting on a dope a--- beat with flow that they can vibe to)
May 13, 2022 Yeah, in a song I got annoyed by it too but it actually made it hit better in some songs. My auntie is a man now line is one of them. It says so much underneath. It's almost like him tryin' to accept that unorthodox thing, tryin' to make sense of it. It's not like he repeats ordinary line. I think I got annoyed by the f--- tyou hook on that We Cry Together song.
May 13, 2022 Lol. I felt the same untill I heard Auntie Diaries. It picked up from there. I think you were just bored and wasn't paying much attention to the songs after Silent Hill. Auntie and Mother I Sober songs were the masterpieces of the album easily. Not just lyrically, content wise but also sonically very well made and delivered. I can totally understand where are you coming from and I'm almost sure you'll change your mind when you listen to those songs with a clear rested mind.

May 13, 2022 If you listened to Revival that's the most introspective Eminem album to date and it's a---. I'm not saying I think it's a bad album, i would've just liked some songs to vibe to. Nothing on this album matches the energy of tracks such as i, alright, Hii Power, Humble, DNA, King Kunta etc
May 13, 2022 Almost done with my first listen. Woke up and put it on without knowing the track list or having read a single opinion about the album and it's real refreshing to be able to hear music that way again, been a minute since we've had a blind drop.
