    Maybe the next song on album can be follow up to that part. This promo has been built on hints and s--- and that part is obviously a hint at another song most likely the song after Walk On Water on the album.

    I don't think it leads to anything. It's just thrown on the end of this track to let people know that the album will contain confident / skilled Eminem and not just this mopey / whiny WoW stuff.
