For Aesop Rock, I'd rec Skelethon => None Shall Pass => Labor Days => Float => Bazooka Tooth and others.

For Nas & Beastie Boys, I'd go chronologically.

For Wu, go Enter The 36 Chambers => Solo debuts => Wu-Tang Forever => Ghost and Rae albums => the rest.

    good thread @Skippy

for people curious about ugk, i'd say start with Super Tight. Too Hard To Swallow is their first and Ridin' Dirty is their best, but Super Tight is short, fun, digestible, and distills almost everything that makes them special on both sides of the booth.

three 6 is easy: Mystic Stylez. that's far and away the essential work.

ehhhhh kinda. i'll do a longer boosie post when i'm not on deadline. those records are essential, though, i'll give you that.

i agree with everything else in the post but i'd probably flip None Shall Pass and Labor Days. if you make it all the way through a single aes record, you're probably ready for the best one.

None Shall Pass is a good transition sonically imo. I'm not a huge fan of it, but it seems easier to get into than the others. Skelethon > Labor Days btw.
