Jan 31, 2016 I liked it but I didn't love it. Check 30 seconds in to this video: "Do we lovvveeeee Summer Sixteen? Or do we genuinely love 5AM In Toronto?" I liked the second half more than the first, but I guess I'm still waiting on that new sound. They're not going to give it to us until just before the album though, and I'm happy because I want the shock to be maximum, but everything leading up to it is always a little disappointing, no matter how good it is. Drake came with bars though, and his swagger on the whole track was A1.

Jan 31, 2016 Well definitely not what I was expecting in terms of sound and the fact that he went at Meek again. The Tory shots were great and like you said the 2nd part is better than the 1st. IMO as a diss track, this a better effort than B2B. Yes 5AM is better but that's top 5 for his career. Big takeaway is obviously the rat in his camp. Meek's track was cool but I think Summer 16 is >>>>. I can't help but think Drake was prepared for this...I think the next track from him will be scatching. After hearing all of his comments about Meek not being ready to drop tracks the 1st time around, I don't think he drops Summer 16 without a plan in place.
