Still think the Spurs and Thunder have the best shot of coming out of the west, the season's still very young and it doesn't really matter until the playoffs start anyways and then we'll see who's playing good ball at that point.

Mavs, Warriors and Memphis are definitely in the mix though too, I can't see Houston, Portland or any other team doing it this year from the west, but who knows. The west is definitely loaded even more than usual this year.

Spurs are my 3rd favorite. It's hard for me to get serious into the nba, until later in the season. Kobe is my favorite player to watch in the nba though.

Just f---ing around man idk who Rondo is. I have been watching more bball these past few years though so I'm getting a little more familiar with the players. If Pittsburgh had an nba team, I would definitely get into it more.

I'm not sold this puts Dallas over the top. Rondo isn't going to have the ball in his hands as much, and defenses are just going to sag off of him make Dallas' spacing more condensed. Is that really a better offense?

Now that Rondo has some talent around him, he'll get back to his old self.

Tough to be motivated playing with a bunch of D-leaguers

Who are the D-Leaguers hes playing with? certainly no all stars but the Celtics are 6th in the league in scoring. Green, Sullinger, Bradley, Smart and Kelly-O are all decent enough players. They've lost a ton of close games and have been without Marcus Smart for the majority of the season.

You're right he will definitely benefit with talent around him because he cant do s--- without multiple all stars to play with.

Anyways Celtics have a lot of picks coming up, they've got to hit on a couple of them.

    2015-Own 1st, Clippers 1st, Mavs 1st, Philly 2nd(guaranteed low 30's overall), also their own 2nd and a Wizards 2nd

    2016-Own 1st, Nets 1st, Cavs 1st + 2nds from Cavs/Philly/Heat/Mavs

2017-Own 1st but can switch with Nets

    2018-Own and Nets 1st rounders

Holy s--- @ all those 1st rounders the Celtics have over the next few years, they're rebuilding how the Lakers should but I think Jim Buss is too stupid to get it done.

Danny Ainge seems to be doing a great job, I always think it's stupid when teams know a star player is gonna leave and just let him walk instead of trading him in his last year like this. Good move for Boston.

Building through the draft doesn't usually work in the NBA these days, especially not with picks in the 20's but we'll see

Thunder/Warriors on TNT right now, already a pretty amazing game early in the 2nd quarter. Durant's going off, both teams putting up lots of points.

This could be another classic game like that Grizzlies/Spurs matchup.

This thunder game is really entertaining so far. A lot of nice 3 point shots. Durant vs Curry is fun to watch.

Well d---, Durant is hurt again. He had almost 30 points in the 1st half then gets hurt right before halftime, it was his right ankle. It looked kinda bad, f--- this really sucks if he's out again for a while. Thunder were rolling and so was Durant.

Yeah this game will be a lot more boring without Durant. Hopefully he'll be back out on the court.

    This.

I'm just hoping they get some quality role players, and end up making a big trade for a big name in the next few years.

Rondo was going to be useless on this team anyways.

It sucks for Boston because no free agents ever want to come here lol. Danny kind of has to rely on the s-----y draft and trades.

I wish the NBA had less teams, so there would be more quality competition. Aw well.

The Jazz rely 90% on luck in the draft and it has not panned out at all. Pelicans seem to be building nice team w draft picks tho.

See which Jazz team shows up tonight. Really wanna see them go 3-3 on this road trip, giving up double digit leads in first two games wasn't good but h--- on against the Heat. Can win tonight in Orlando and in Charlotte but Memphis is a loss.

Debate that Rondo is not even a top 10 point guard anymore... it's easy to compile a list of names but none of them has put up the numbers (triple doubles) that Rondo has. I really like the move to Dallas for him, especially w Parsons move over the summer.
