Cavs in big trouble now with Bron out for 2+ weeks and I think Love is still out for a bit too. They're lucky they aren't in the west or they'd be out of the playoffs. With the way they've been losing, they still may fall out of the playoffs for now.

It's gonna be a very interesting offseason for Lebron if the Cavs don't make the playoffs or lose in the 1st round. I don't think he's leaving unless they do one of those 2 things, then it's possible but still probably unlikely. The city of Cleveland would hate him forever lol.

2 stories that are making it harder and harder to respect most NBA players and take them seriously:

1. Melo apparently might sit out the rest of the year pretty soon, he has soreness in his knee but doctors even said it won't get worse by playing through it. What a f---in joke that he's able to do this with a non serious injury that can't get any worse. He's making 20+ mill a year, his team sucks so he's just gonna quit. It'd be one thing if he took some games off to try to get near 100% but no he wants a vacation for the rest of the year since the team isn't going anywhere.
2. Rondo admits he hasn't tried on defense in years and basically said now that he's in the west, he'll have to start playing D again. lmao...

NHL and NFL>>>>NBA always, players could never get away with that kinda s--- in those sports, and they wouldn't want to get away with it. Rondo and Melo are supposed to be star players and some of the best in the league too lol.

Its more like now that hes on a team that isnt tanking and is a contender he has to play D again. Rondo showed last night that he still can show up and be elite for the "big" games. Not that the Celtics are relevant but he wanted to show up for that one. Anyone who has watched the Celtics play for the last few years saw Rondo taking nights off, often and just not giving a f---. Seems like that has changed now that hes back on a winning team. Kind of a s-----y characteristic to have though.

Is it just me or is the NBA really good this season? Best season in a long time with kind of the changing of the guards with new superstars finally emerging through success with their teams like Curry, John Wall etc. s---'s fun, it's cool that Bron and co aren't stealing the show. Teams like the Warriors, Blazers and Wizards are way cooler to follow. Raptors too, looking forward to Derozan being back, Lowry tearing s--- up.

Great, they already announced Kobe's sitting out the game I'll be going to in Portland tomorrow, and when the Lakers come in February he'll probably sit that out too cuz it's also the 2nd of a back to back.

f--- I really need the NBA to stop having the Lakers come to Portland on the 2nd of a back to back, they do that all the time for some reason. If they do it next year, I might not even get to see Kobe play again live. f---, might have to travel somewhere if the schedule sucks again next year for this.

Very disappointing.
