Ya I'm pretty familiar with Simmons, Labissiere and Javien Brown. I remember hearing last year that 2016 was the next great class, now apparently Chad Ford is saying its weak. I don't go by any of that until I see these kids play in College. I remember in 2010 everyone was saying 2011 was weak, looking back now it might the deepest class in over a decade.

Dude he will never play. But we were put in such a s--- position in that draft. Honestly who do you take after Jabari and Wiggins? It was a crapshoot

Well, Ty Lawson has been arrested for another DUI http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/13254600/ty-lawson-denver-nuggets-arrested-dui-second-january

He was originally arrested for 1 in January, and was on pre-trial supervision with his trial scheduled for this Friday, which I'm sure will be impacted because of this.

Nuggets can't be happy about this. Every time he f---s up his trade value goes down. Maybe they use the stretch provision to release him?

Ya I remember being pissed that the Celtics passed on him and took Fab Melo, they ended up both being busts. But I guess if anyone can turn Jones around it would be Stevens.

Not sure there is any playing time for him on this team though. I know Ainge is supposedly trying to pry Gallinari out of Denver, which im fine with as long as they don't part with any of their firsts. Dude is too injury prone, expiring and doesn't make us any better then a 6 seed IMO. Maybe they flip Perry Jones, throw in James Young and Sullinger(lol at him playing at altitude tho) and throw in a bunch of 2nd rounders.

Don't think I've heard someone scream as loud after an injury as Smart did right there, might just be because it's Summer League and they are basically mic'd up. Supposedly just dislocated fingers though.

Clippers got Josh Smith for the veteran's minimum, d--- talk about an underrated move. Yeah I know he's caused problems in the past with the teams he's been on, but he was very good last season. Wish the Lakers got him since they could kinda use a SF anyways, vet's minimum for him is a steal especially in comparison to these other contracts handed out lately, wish it was someone besides the Clips.

Must be nice to already be really good and still be able to sign guys like David West, Mo Williams and Josh Smith for peanuts. Should be fucken illegal lol...

I hated Smith at what he was getting paid in Detroit, but off the bench/on the cheap he adds depth to a team that had none last year.

Picking up Lawson is huge for Houston, especially considering they gave up NOTHING for him. They traded 2 guys who might have been cut anyway (Papanikola, Prigioni), a young guy who probably wouldn't have played this year (Nick Johnson), and a protected 1st round pick that will fall in the late 20s. Talk about buying low. I still think they're behind GS, SA, and LAC, but they definitely closed the gap.

Yeah crazy to think about how bad Lawson is f---ing up IRL and ends up in a great basketball situation because of it. Him and Harden coming at you on the fast break will be hard to handle.
