Disagree, I'd rather keep Russell if it came down to 1 or the other. Both should be very good players though.

Clarksons better for now but he also gets more minutes and doesn't have the coach calling him out once a week.

Glad to see Isaiah make the All Star team, he deserves it.

Bulls finally beating up on a bad team. OG Bobby Portis almost broke Jimmy's hand earlier

Hope Cousins can shut up now....dude is super immature. Glad he made the team though.
Also I feel that Rondo should of made the team instead of Paul. He's having a better season, putting up triple doubles almost every game and is making a huge impact.

Enjoyed watching the Lakers/Bulls game just now when I got home from work. Butler is amazing and one of the best players in the league, it was nice to see some vintage Pau today too. Since I want the Lakers to tank this year, I kinda enjoy these games where they fall way behind right off the bat. Like tonight they fell down 15-20 pretty quick so I didn't have to worry about a potential W, knew a team like the bulls wasn't gonna blow that kind lead against this Lakers team.

Russell started out awful but he made some nice passes later and I saw a little more effort on D which was good to see. Kobe played pretty typical for this year but had some nice plays and you could tell he got into the challenge of guarding Butler, had a couple nice defensive possessions on him. Clarkson was good today, Randle was pretty solid. I don't know why Nance isn't getting more minutes again, he was starting and playing well and got injured for a few games now his minutes are down by like 10 since then lol.

I know we talk about how bad Byron is, but he had a point when he said, "why does it take us being down 15 to start playing hard?". Lakers had a bunch of turnovers early and it was great to see the Bulls finally jump on a team from the tip. Jimmy was a beast.

Liked what I saw from the Bulls overall. E-Twaun in the starting lineup was a bit surprising but understandable considering Niko, Doug, and Snell have been so underwhelming all year. Lots of the guys in locker room after the game talked about him wanting to play more, so hopefully he can hold it down until Dunleavy is back. Jimmy was doing his thing, I don't think he's matched up with Kobe since 2012 in Chicago when people starting calling him the Kobe stopper.

kingdroseone Jimmy recently talked about having an one-on-one w/ D. Rose:
    • “We had a long conversation [Wednesday night]. That’s the type of guys that we now are. Just checking in, wanting each other to be successful. Making sure we’re both healthy. Because as a backcourt, it’s important that we’re both doing OK and on the same page.’’
He also talked about the possibility of him and Derrick working out together over the summer:
    • “Yeah, I’d be willing to do that,"
    • "Just get around each other, get even more comfortable with each other, because I think we’re going to be here together playing for a long time, so I think it’s a great idea, yes."
    • “It would definitely put an end to all that speculation of our relationship, yeah,’’ Butler said. “I don’t even know why there would be anything into that now. Me and him are great."

@Jet I think it was an easy story to say that they hated each other. Neither really cared to dispute it in the media because they don't care what the media thinks, but it seems as Jimmy's entered stardom he's become a leader and that voice for our team. Hopefully they can both stay healthy. We were 1 Blatt technical away from going back to Cleveland up 3-1.

Celtics have been playing really well since Stevens has gone with this new consistent 9 man rotation. Granted they haven't played the best competition but still. I still look at that 1-6 stint as a missed opportunity at taking control of a top 3 seed.

Anways last 10 games(8-2) and averaging 112 PPG

    Jared Sullinger-22 MPG-9.4 PPG-8.6 RPG
    Amir Johnson-23 MPG-6.7 PPG-7.7 RPG
    Jae Crowder-32 MPG-15.9 PPG-4.5 RPG-1.6 SPG-3P=41%(20/49)
    Avery Bradley-36 MPG-15.9 PPG-2 SPG
    Isaiah Thomas-32 MPG-21.5 PPG-6.1 APG-3P=45%(22-49)

    Bench

    Marcus Smart-30 MPG-11.1 PPG-5.2 RPG-3.8 APG-2 SPG
    Evan Turner-25 MPG-9.1 PPG-4.9 APG-3.8 RPG
    Kelly Olynyk-22 MPG-14.1 PPG-4.9 RPG-3P=62%(21-34)
    Jonas Jerebko-16 MPG-5.8 PPG-4.6 RPG-3P=47%(8-17)

C's are a very balanced team, IT is obviously the main scorer and their All Star but Crowded, Bradley & Olynyk are all more then capable of going off for 25 points. Smart, Crowder & Bradley are all elite defenders & Amir is also solid. Sullinger has been solid on defense and their best rebounder. Turner provides a solid ball handler off the bench who can get to the rim and make plays(zero outside range though, despite being money from mid range). Jerebko is who I'd like to see the C's upgrade from and they have the mid tier assets to do that at the trade deadline(if the draft were tomorrow they would have selections 19, 22, 31, 34 + guys like Zeller, Sullinger, Rozier, Jerebko & Young to trade).

There have been talks about The Celtics being interested in Horford but I don't want the Brooklyn picks or the core(IT, Crowder, Bradley, Smart, Olynyk) involved considering he would be a UFA after this year.

Man Clippers are shooting the f---ing lights out. Bulls aren't exactly playing bad but wtf you suppose to do when teams bomb 3s like this? Nobody ever moves when we run pnr, there's just 3 guys standing there waiting to catch the ball or rebound. We desperately need Dunleavy back.
