Chad Warden As Ballin As Possible

I think it would be stupid to get rid of Butler. He's a good kid who continues to get better. Don't see why he wouldn't be okay with a retooling of the roster and a year of figuring s--- out.

I'd spin this trade to Jimmy as getting rid of Derrick to give you the limelight so you can be the star.

To be fair, Rose only has 1 year left and has every right to walk so they weren't gonna give too much up for what might be a 1 year trip for him. Then factor in his well documented injury issues and his inability to take standardized tests, I would've traded him for a washing machine.

That last part was a joke but I'm sure they factored in where Rose wanted to go too and I hear NY was his first choice if he were to be traded. Lopez isn't a bad starting center but Calderon won't be around for long. Grant could be solid but he hasn't shown much. Bulls are gonna look way different next year.

You raise fair points man, but I don't see much return value. You been with Rose this long, why not see what he's got in his 3rd year off major injury? It just rubs me the wrong way.

I thought Hoiberg was gonna be a good fit, but I think a lot of this is his fault. They should've never gotten rid of Thibs despite his issues with Gar Forman. That's easy to say now, but Thibs was a great coach he just tended to overwork his players and I think that turned a lot of people off. Outside of that I think he did a great job in Chicago and was surprised he was canned.

Bro Thibs was so good. Made a system around Rose and little guards, then rebuilt around Noah on the fly, then Butler. Such a shame.

I hated it cuz I'm a heat fan but he always seemed to get the best out of his players. When someone would get injured or was playing like s---, the next guy would always step up. Remember what John Lucas III was able to do until LeBron ended his career by jumping over him?
