Yeah Dion Waiters was supposed to be the next Wade coming out of college but he's been a turd ever since. He played pretty great down the stretch for OKC but I'm still not pumped about him being in Miami. He's gonna piss me off so much. At least it's only for a year, if that. Hopefully he doesn't touch the court much.

Amar'e Stoudemire signed a contract with New York today so he could retire as a Knick. I was never a big fan of him on the Heat anyways and didn't care whether or not we bring him back.

It's kind of a big "f--- you" to the Suns tho. That franchise is what made his career. He would've never been the All-NBA player he was if it weren't for Nash and D'Antoni on those Suns. I feel like a lot of people will remember him more as a Sun too.

Either way, potential Hall Of Famer if his career wasn't derailed by injuries and if the Suns never got rid of Joe Johnson. Although the latter effected Nash's legacy more than anything.

Yeah kinda weird he wants to be remembered as a Knick, maybe NY is where he lives and he really likes it or something. Pretty much everyone will remember him from the Suns I assume, he was at his best then.

I remember I saw a suns/timberwolves game once and Amare just destroyed Olokwandi or however you spell his name lol, think Amare had like 35 points and almost 20 boards.

Loved Amar'e, he was awesome as a Sun and his first year as a Knick was pretty dominant. Injuries ruined his career. :mjcry:

Derek Fisher Working Out For Potential NBA Comeback

    AUG 3, 2016 12:50 PM

Derek Fisher is working out in hopes of a potential NBA comeback as a player. Fisher is also open to playing in China.

Sources say Fisher has indeed been "exploring options and expressing interest in playing again."

Fisher posted a workout video on Tuesday.

Fisher signed a multiyear contract in 2014 to coach the Knicks but was fired in February by team president Phil Jackson.

Fisher will turn 42 this summer and would be the oldest player in the NBA.

Westbrook deserves his money and, yeah, he's fun to watch because he's such a dynamic and passionate player, but loyalty won't mean much in the long run when he doesn't win a chip with OKC anytime soon. History will remember.

I was reading something that said he'd be trying to get back to the Suns after leaving the Knicks, but never really heard back from Phoenix. I think that's what he meant when he said "I wanted to retire where I was wanted."
