    We have so many hipster white kids wear theirs and the oakland merchandise here. Somethin to do with the black and white teams... they wouldn't even have a clue what the teams are

    I really wouldn't mind jumping on the sixers tho especially how big a fan I've become of iverson plus ben simmons... f--- its tempting

    d--- we got Sixers, Magic and Nets supporters from Australia on S80, it really doesn't stereotype the bandwagoning nation we are. :') You normally get Lakers, Celtics, Bulls, Cavs (formally Heat) and Warriors fans around here. Although a lot of Sixers fans are coming out of their shell or they only started supporting because of Simmons. While they might experience how bad we are now, they will never appreciate that 3 year process I and the people from Phily had to go through. :lol6:

    ^ in saying that I have no problem with bandwagoners. If you are a new fan that really has no attachment to a team you'll naturally be more drawn to a team or a franchise player that's getting a lot of exposure and doing well.

    Idk, lots of average players got tons of money this year, if he's healthy and playing at least at this level, he's worth it.

    I'm seriously considering changing to the 76ers tbh. This is the first year I've really properly gotten into NBA properly and I've discovered who Iverson was and along with them signing Simmons obviously a fellow aussie I've started to really like the sixers. I'm actually really close to doing it

    Ehh I dunno their are like 3 Boston sports fans on this site between me, Fitz and Prototype. Might be a couple more Pats fans who have arrived recently, but for as many good teams as we have/have had there aren't that many of us. And thats going all the way back to the RB days (Celtics, Bruins, Pats and Sox all have won in that time). I guess you could count M.I.C. as strictly a Celtics fan but hes been gone for a while.

    Yeah I was talking about the fans in Australia outside of S80. The Lakers and Celtics were really big here 6-8 years ago. Don't think there are any Warriors fans on this site, if there were we certainly made them btfo after the finals :')

    yup. Russ been my favorite player over the past few years. Love watching him turn into the monster he has become in the past two years. With not really having much to watch or root for with the Sixers in recent years, I was always rooting for Russ. You can't teach that energy, intensity, and athleticism.

    Bro I've developed a pretty big man crush on the answer recently. I mean I've been a nets "fan" for years but i literally just picked em cos they're my aussie football teams colours. If i had a known s--- I know now i woulda picked the sixers tbh. Nets are just a joke and there's literally zero chance of any development for years. They're just a stand in team its pathetic
