I joke, but I really do think the Celtics have a great shot at competing within the next 2 years.

Same goes for the Sixers. The leap they made this year is crazy. We won as many games this month as we did all of last season. If Embiid stays healthy and we stop babying him, Simmons turns out to be what we all think he is, and we get a top guard in the upcoming draft, I could see us definitely getting a 7-8 seed next year.

Guys.... LeBron went off on Barkley... This is the most critical and out there I've seen LeBron go since the 2011 finals. Barkley is DONE.

I was watchin that entire comeback. Couple things came to mind
    1. Lowry clearly thinks hes dark chocolate steph curry
    2. Defense was very optional in this game regardless of the low score
    3. IT top 5 scorer rn
    4. Toronto will only go as far as derozen can take em(norman powell hella underrated even tho IT had em on skates in the 4th)
    5. Cnt wait to see avery bradley in C's starting 5

P.s. somebody need to tell marcus smart he open from 3 for a reason. I mean sheesh

As great as the raptors are playing, I feel as if they won't make it past the Cavs or Celtics this year. They need to add one more star player to their roster in order to be a complete team. I feel as if they need either paul george or anthony davis on their roster. Raptors are slowly declining imo. No hate, coming from a Toronto brah

@M Solo , wanted to answer your question in here cuz they're saying they might thread ban people going off topic in that other thread.

But yeah I'm still watching almost all the games, I recently reached the point where I'm hoping for losses to keep their draft pick though. Been a frustrating season, showed improvement early on then went backwards, played with no heart for a while, just very inconsistent.

I'm over the snitching thing with Russell tbh but still not totally sold on him as the PG of the future, he's fairly slow and seems more like a SG than a PG. I dunno man, we'll see but if he doesn't show flashes of greatness consistently within the next year or so, I'll definitely be concerned.

Yeah the snitching thing probably wouldn't bother me if the guy had any talent at all. At this rate I don't think he'll ever be an all star much less franchise player. He snitching, arrogance(that "ice in my veins" s--- is so corny), lack of work ethic has me hating the kid. It's impossible for me go from rooting from a guy like Kobe for 20 years to him. I just can't. Then again I don't watch much basketball anymore. It's just different. The only team I'll actively seek out to watch is OKC because of Westbrook. Other than that I don't won't give a s--- until the Western Conference Playoffs and Finals. For now I'd rather watch old Kobe games lol. BTW you have GOT to order ShowBoat by Roland Lazenby. Amazing book bro order it ASAP.

Also it's crazy to think in the summer of 2015 they could have gotten Isiah Thomas and Porz/Jahlil. Like, IT REALLY wanted to me a Laker LMAO. f---, oh well.

Agree 100% about IT, he even mentioned wanting to go the Lakers but the Lakers were stupid as f--- and going after whoever the big name guy FA at the time was, Melo or Bron I think, who they had no real shot at anyways.

I'll check out that book man, definitely fiending for more Kobe stuff. I agree it's just not the same now, players are just so soft nowadays, half the games players don't even seem to give a s--- and I mean all the teams not just the Lakers. Soon they'll be changing the schedule too so the poor babies don't have to play as many back to backs or 3 in 4 nights.. then they'll just complain bout their offseason being shorter lol.

Agree about Russell's work ethic too, he needs to mature fast and realize it's not a given that he's gonna be a star.
