God d--- the Spurs are amazing, they've struggled all year by their standards and right when people start to wonder if they can still be elite, they win 4 straight (probably 5 after today it looks like) and start dominating.

They'll probably still at least make the western conference finals.

Vintage Celtics. Lose to the garbage teams and beat or play competitively with the good teams(outside the last Cavs game).

A little ridiculous for a player that's supposedly only out for 6 weeks or whatever lol, although I'm guessing it'll be longer. They're acting like he's dead.

Ya its not about his actual life, more like his playing career.

This is so 15' Celtics right now, no show in Orlando and then the next night look great in Miami.

I don't think that's what they meant, the guy who posted it didn't think so either based off his caption. Wouldn't it have said 'RIP Rose' or something if that was the case?

Anyways, who cares either way, just thought it was a bit too much regardless of what it meant.

I'm already starting to hear 'Rose is hopeful he can play again this year' when at first it was 'Rose's injury isn't serious, he'll be back in 4-6 weeks.' Lmao, see they're already lowering expectations and setting it up for when he doesn't come back, what a joke. He should just retire.

Westbrook aka Mr. Triple Double is getting MVP this season imo. If not him for some reason, it's one of these guys: LeBron, Harden, & Curry.

    Harden, Curry, then Westbrook.

I can't see them giving MVP to an 7-8 seed team.

Lakers are so stupid, if they have the 3rd worst record, they're almost guaranteed to keep their draft pick and be in the top 5. But if they're 4th worst, they have a 17% chance to lose that pick.

Luckily I missed most of the game tonight but from what I saw, it was the worst basketball I watched all season, it was like both teams were eager to lose. The Lakers unfortunately pulled out the win, wins like this could really hurt their future in the end. Hope so badly they keep the pick.

Imo MVP should be awarded to someone who's had a monster season, its a individual award so the team being in a low or high position in the standings shouldn't matter. That's how Nash robbed one of Kobe's MVPs.

False. It should've gone to Lebron or Dirk. Chauncey Billups with higher win shares lol.

MVP should go to a player on a playoff team no matter the seed. If your team sucks then how valuable are you really? I mean basketball is a 5 on 5 game, if you cant lead your team to the playoffs then you're not the MVP.

I still dont think Arod should have been MVP that one year the Rangers were in last place, but baseball is a little different and is almost an individual game a lot of the time.
