    Yeah I reckon JJ will be a great player, he played out of position at Kansas and he has the potential to become an elite defender. But for philly Fultz is exactly what we need on the offense. But yeah it can be pretty hard to base things off College because look at Okafor, won the champ with duke then all of his weaknesses got exposed at NBA level

    To me, Fultz didn't play anyone in college... he can score the ball for sure... but name the best team he played against?

    I mean... he played Cal St Fullerton... his level of Competition compared to Jacksons... should be accounted for. I know he is a 6-2 PG who can put up numbers and that at some point you have to think about IT getting older but... Jackson's size and length make him a great player to guard the KD's and so.

    He played in the PAC-12 lol that was a d--- good conference last year. Arizona, UCLA, Oregon, USC, and Colorado were all at least solid teams last year. He only won 3 conference games with Washington, but it's not like he wasn't playing anybody...

    I would argue that he played 3 good team... AZ USC and of course Oregon.

    I just think that he could turn out to be a great player but to say he's the next Westbrook or to say that he is a franchise PG is a bit much to me... I would bank on Jackson more so... him and Brown running the wings.... is a good look for the future...

    UCLA was one of the best teams in the country ... and I didn't even mention Cal or Utah. PAC-12 was a good conference.

    I think Boston has their eyes on getting a big in next year's draft which is why this deal is more than likely happening after Fultz meets with Philly. He's one of the best prospects in years, idc how his team did in college anyway. That rarely translates to NBA success.

    oh okay my bad.

    The more I'm reading about this the more I can go both ways.

    If the 6ers take Fultz and they have their core 3... we are putting together a good team within our division.

    The only thing I can say is what if the Celtics get Jackson... Hayward and they get trade for Butler?

    There are a lot of ups and a lot of downs to this trade... I don't know what to think...

    I hate Ainge right now.

    If Jackson is your guy? Fine. But, dropping down to 3 means you might not get either Jackson or Fultz. This is so f---ing dumb.

    Just draft your favorite player at 1. This isn't a hard f---ing decision.

    We needed a pure scorer. We'd have Fultz, IT and HOPEFULLY Hayward, and hopefully Jaylen emerges. This is f---ing stupid.

    Why not just draft Fultz, see what the Lakers do, THEN trade Fultz for the 3rd pick, so it ensures you get Jackson OR Fultz... Instead of, you know, the exact opposite where we get neither...[​IMG]

    Paul George has informed the Pacers that he plans to leave after next season and become a Laker. Woj reported it first I believe.

    Honestly, unless they are worried he might stay with a team like the Cavs if traded there, I see them waiting a year and then signing him. No point in trading for him if he's already committed to coming to LA. Magic has to be patient IMO.

    I think the Cavs could get away with trading Love, Shump, and a future first for PG now that this news is out.
