No player single handedly wins championships. You need some assistance or someone else to get hot during the post season to put extra points up.

Would the 2011 heat beat the current warriors or last years warriors team? I think 2011 was heats best year with James, but I may be wrong, but it would have been amazing watching the big 3 (at the time) vs this current warriors team in the championship. Was the big 3 more dominant at their peak than the current warriors? Who would have won?

I almost feel the nba will need another power team similar to those years of the heat to go against the warriors in a series. Some analysts were hyping the rockets up, but it doesn’t look good imo for them. I was never sold on the rockets overtaking the warriors. I need to see Harden clutch a big game in the playoffs before having much faith in them.

Yes, if you call yourself THE KING. How much does the GOAT(Lol) need? Kevin Love, Thompson, Crowder, Thomas, Wade, Rose etc. He had enough good players to make it work And he didnt. That's on Lebron and his s-----y coach. Lebron doesnt even play defense no more.

MJ sure as h--- didnt ask for x player to help him. He made it work with what he got.

Wait... you’re referencing a team that they no longer have lol. Wade/Thomas/Crowder weren’t producing. The team was struggling to even string a couple wins together. Something had to be done to revamp the roster. Regardless of how good Lebron is, he can’t do it all himself.

MJ had the best NBA team in history. They won 50+ games without him when he went to go play baseball. You think this Cavs team could win 50+ games without Lebron? Delusional lol

MJ or basically any star player ever though never had as much control over who’s on his roster than Bron though.

I mean we all know he’s requested certain things get done in the past and teams always did it to try to get him to stay. You’re crazy if you think he hasn’t done this other times as well that we don’t know about.

So I’m not gonna feel bad for him for ‘not having enough help’, not only does he do what I mentioned above but he also bounces from team to team when he feels he got a better shot with someone else.

By the way shortly after the trades for Hood, Hill. Clarkson and Nance when the Cavs destroyed Boston in Boston, everyone was saying Bron had a lot of help at the time and this team was gonna he dangerous. People are just prisoners of the moment so much these days.

Why the f--- are they starting these nba games so d--- late. By the time they announce their players and teams do their pregame routine bs it’ll be closer to 930 until it actually starts. Sucks for people having to work in the morning.

And the more I think about this and listen to all these nba analysts on sports center. I see cavs winning the next 2 games. It is KING James that we’re talking about. He got to feel out the Celtics the first 2 games and test them out. Now it’s time for Lebron to execute. Putting up over 40 points is d--- good, but he clearly needs a little better assistance in other areas too. If the cavs get swept or only win one game with even Kyrie being out then Lebron isn’t and shouldn’t be considered the best anymore and is starting his career downfall out of his prime.

LeBron cares too much about his legacy to go to GS.

He also probably likes money and the Warriors don't have any of it to offer him.

Wouldn't even care if Lebron went to Philly, Celtics would still beat them lol. I would never accept Lebron on the Celtics, couldn't do it.

contrary to popular belief, he has had no say in trades made this year or any years past. he was very influential in getting TT and JR paid a few years ago though. i actually just read about all of this in windhorst's and mcnenamin's book. they claim that's one of the biggest misconceptions about lebron. same with the blatt firing. he may have been critical of him, but he was never going to the FO and asking them to fire him, or make any of these trades.. it's where their youth is getting the best of them.

also i think the cavs definitely had plenty of help for lebron in the regular season, but none of these guys are showing up in the playoffs at all. that's not on
tell me about it... these west games s--- a---. i'm like half asleep by halftime.

also, i think lebron will ultimately figure out a way to win this series still. but the question still does remain that it might actually help his legacy a bit if he loses. that way people aren't bringing up that finals record argument as much. obviously ppl will live in the moment and bash him, but 20 years from now it may not look as bad lol.

Yeah people like Skip and others bash Lebron for losing mutliple finals (the whole finals record argument) but down the road I don’t think it will matter. People won’t forget this warriors team was stacked who he had to go against either. But look at the titles Bron got with the heat. They stacked a team together to try and grab some titles so I can see why a lot of people hate on LeBron too.

I think the cavs had a team at the beginning of the year thinking it was going to be a walk in the park to make it through the east and were too cocky. I’m glad Celtics didn’t just give up after injuries and are really pressuring Lebron and the cavs atm. They will bring the best out of Lebron next game. And yeah I agree Lebron had some help, they just didn’t come through. We will find out next game if Lebron can come through with a clutch in a must win game basically. Sort of glad they’re losing the series so we see Lebron go at his hardest in the next few games. Plus I think if LeBron was hot and his team was playing solid that they could put up a better series against the warriors than Celtics. The finals won’t even be fun to watch for me if they just go and sweep the Celtics with ease.

‘Bron had plenty of help in the regular season they just didn’t show up for the playoffs. That’s not on him.’

Lmao yet if JR Smith dropped 25 last night and the Cavs won all we’d be hearing is ‘wow Bron can even make JR drop 25 on a great D, he really gets the best out of his teammates.’

But when they no show, of course it’s never his fault. Always love the hypocrisy of how that works. I’m not even saying I think it’s his fault, just hate how it’s always one way when they play well, then the opposite when they don’t.

Wonder who that mischievous character @TimmyT is pulling for, at this point. Sure he’s thinking of something to stir the pot.

This game has been decent so far. Harden is known to choke in the playoffs, especially the longer the game goes, curious to see if they can pull at least one or two games off the warriors. I don’t want the warriors sweeping the next 2 teams making it boring as f---.

Rockets look like an entirely different team, they’re playing great, important for them to keep this play up going into the 3rd.
