Can't imagine how lethal Kobe/CP3 would have been, I try not to think about it.

Lakers down by 34 shooting 13% with 3 mins left in the half, wow. Absolutely pathetic.

Lakers may s--- and I don't watch basketball much but im flipping between this game and the penguins to watch Kobe. Great athlete to watch. I don't see why they don't build a team around him before he's too old.

The "What Ifs" are endless. I have no doubt CP3 would have been able to keep Dwight happy while running an offense that doesn't require a 34 year old Kobe to play 40 minutes a game(to barely nab that 8th seed) and subsequently rupture his Achilles. CP3 means no Nash, no D'Antoni and a core of CP3, Dwight and Kobe with Phil Jackson at the helm. I f---ing hate David Stern.

Edit- That Kobe dunk just made me smile. Seeing a 36 year old, post Achilles/knee injury Kobe get up for a basic two handed dunk is more enjoyable to me than watching d--- near anybody else in the league do anything.

    Swaggy P is so lame

    http://espn.go.com/blog/los-angeles...58/nick-young-upset-with-sullinger-trash-talk

“I don’t like when people talk trash and then they get the W after and they feel like they did something,” Young said Sunday. “I don’t like that feeling.”
What a p----, also... he doesn't like people talking trash when they win? So people should be talking trash when they're losing, and also winning appearantly doesn't mean you "did anything" so I don't know why Nick Young thinks you play, probably to b--- ugly white girls.

PHOENIX -- Milwaukee Bucks forward Jabari Parker left Monday's game against the Phoenix Sunsearly in the third quarter because of a left knee sprain.

The Bucks said Parker would not return.

Parker's knee appeared to buckle on a drive to the basket before he collided with the Suns' P.J. Tucker, and Parker was unable to get to his feet immediately afterward.

    bummer...hope its not too serious

well it wouldnt be the Holiday season without that fat f--- leaving me a lump of coal..

"Portland Trail Blazers starting center Robin Lopez will sit out a game for the first time in nearly three years after breaking his hand Monday night in a win over the San Antonio Spurs.
Lopez, who according to Blazers coach Terry Stotts will "be out a while," injured his right hand early in the third quarter of the 108-95 victory after hitting his hand hard on Boris Diaw's head and did not return."

    ..heard 6 or 7 weeks

Poor Bucks, after they lose Parker last night, that other guy with the long name (starts with an A) who's been playing real well got hurt just before the half in Portland.

It looked bad initially but he did eventually walk off on his own power, hope he's okay. He's been doing real good this year from what I've seen.

Spurs/Grizzlies going to triple OT, game of the year so far imo. 3 straight 3 pointers in the last 7 secs of regulation, and then Duncan just hit an amazing clutch shot to send it to triple OT. If any of you remember Duncan's clutch shot against the Lakers right before Fisher hit his 0.4 shot, it was exactly like that.

    What a game.

Rumor is the Lakers offered 2 1st round picks and Nash to Boston for Rondo.

I don't mind giving up the picks but letting go of Nash will be tough. His contributions to the Lakers both on and off the court not only this year but in years past has been remarkable. He's proven the doubters wrong and has been a true team player, taking him off the roster would likely hurt the Lakers for years and elevate the Celtics to immediate title contenders.

Okay but seriously it's a lot to give up for someone who's a free agent after this year. It will be the dumbest trade in history if the Lakers don't have a commitment from him to re sign. I mean making the playoffs this year is gonna be very unlikely even if they get Rondo, so they have to make sure he's locked up if they do that deal. It will probably hurt them long term but I like it simply for the idea of giving Kobe one more good team next year before he retires. We'll see what happens but I hope it goes down as long as they can get him to re sign too.

I still think the Mavs and maybe even another team are more likely to get him though, but the Lakers' advantage if they have any is that the Celtics might think the Lakers will s--- in upcoming years, so they may be more likely to jump on those 1st rounders.

This deal would also mean the Lakers basically gave up 6 draft picks (4 1st rounders) for Rondo since Nash gave them nothing lol.

Id take 2 first round picks for Rondo and i would have done it yesterday. I do not want that guy getting paid even Eric Bledsoe money.

Has Rondo not been as good since he came back from his injury? Haven't paid much attention tbh.

I definitely do think the Celtics are getting the better end of the deal most likely, but it's almost a risk the Lakers have to take at this point. They gotta do something

But d--- it's gonna be hard to rebuild when Kobe's gone if they don't have 1st rounders for the next 3 years, 1 going to the Suns and 2 to Boston if this deal happens.

Sounds like the deal with Dallas is a lot closer to happening and probably will.

Ya hes been mediocre since he came back, sure the fringe triple double numbers are there but his scoring is a huge problem and the Celtics arent going anywhere with just him. Hes been a huge liability at the end of games too, cost them a couple.

Anyways seems like the Celtics and Mavs have a deal in place.

Supposedly the Celtics are looking to move Jeff Green as well. Hes due to get over paid big time this off season as well.
