I had no expectations for Michigan this year, I expected the "Harbaugh effect" to only make them a littler better just for the simple fact that he doesnt have his type of guys out there.

But boy was i wrong. this team is the real deal. 3 shutouts in a row? That hasnt happened since 1980.
This team is playing better than both MSU & OSU BY FAR.

Can't wait to see how they do against MSU on Saturday.

as a USC fan, i'm so glad Sark is likely done here. rumors are coming out that he's coached games drunk before. i knew he liked his alcohol but had no idea he had a serious issue. hopefully he gets the help he needs and never sets foot in the colosseum again.

he's on my shitlist ever since the stanford loss. like my dad texted me. "Sark is in the sark tank... I mean the drunk tank..."

Michigan loses to MSU after bobbling the snap on a punt from their own 45 with 10 seconds remaining. MSU brings it all the way back for the go ahead touchdown as time expires.

I really wish LSU didn't have such a tough November schedule. Bama, Arkansas, Ole Miss, and Texas A&M for the last four games of the season is rough. Fournette is going to win the Heisman though no doubt about it.

Interesting playoff scenario:

Say Michigan State loses to Ohio State
Michigan then beats both Ohio State & Iowa to end the year (both undefeated)
Michigan is your B1G champ

how would you feel about a 2 loss Michigan team making the CFP?
remember Michigan's 1st loss was the first game of the year (on the road) to a very solid Utah team, and their second loss was basically a victory against MSU.
I think if this scenario comes to fruition, the committee wouldnt hesitate to put Michigan in as the 4 seed. (a little bias is involved in that statement lol)
Michigan is a HUGE name in college football, fans travel well, Harbaugh, etc..

gna be an interesting month, boys.

@Smitty if that was to happen, I see the 4 teams being the SEC winner, Clemson (unless UNC upsets them in the ACC championship), OK State/Baylor (if one is undefeated), and Notre Dame. Notre Dame is 8-1, has one of the tougher schedules in the nation, and their only loss is to the #1 team in the country by 2 points on the road.

Yeah, i came to the realization that if Michigan does win the B1G, there likely won't be a B1G representative in the CFP. Too many 1 loss teams
