Aug 26, 2015 I'm a manager myself so let me offer you some advice. For now, deal with it but WRITE A DIARY. Be on the lookout for another job, don't leave somewhere without having something to replace it. With enough evidence, you'll be able to raise an official grievance to her superior. Evidence well be what you have collected in diary format (including days, times and exact quotes). If she is like this with anyone else, try to get them involved as well. You'll find if it's just your word against hers with no real proof, she'll get away with it and make your life worse. If you're not happy with the outcome of that grievance, you can speak against it to the next person up. Anything official must be done I writing. Ask yourself this though; why is she doing it? Take a real long look at yourself in the mirror, compare yourself to your colleagues, does she have any reason or justification at all to treat you differently? Sometimes it's easier to change your approach and make yourself fit in than to go down any other route.
