Hate to say it but Watson’s never winning a Super Bowl after seeing that performance. Missed open receivers and was horrible throwing the ball in general. I’d honestly think about trading him only if you get someone who can throw the football and won’t fold in the playoffs. Idk if Watson will be in the nfl 2-3 years from now tbh. He just isn’t a playoff qb I would want on my team. Wilson is smart with running the ball as a qb. Watson is just all over the place and can’t kick the habit it seems.

Holy f--- do the refs really want the cowboys to win this game. Obvious one sided calls.

Lmfao at that pass interference call on the Seahawks. This is “almost” as bad as a patriots game.

I was ready to hunt down Byron Jones at the end of this game. What in the actual f---.... you have ONE job, don’t give up the big play & you not only give up the big play but a TD reception as well on the same drive!? Ugh....

Nonetheless, a good scrappy win. It wasn’t pretty AT ALL but how many of our wins this season have been pretty? Not many. Defense, again, phenomenal job! They gave up a couple big plays but for the most part were consistent & absolutely resilient. I mean, they made Seattle fight for every single yard. We need them to continue to play like this throughout the post season if we hope to keep moving forward. I said offensively, we needed one guy to step up & have a big game, today we had two. This was arguably Zeke’s best game of the season, his vision & strength as a runner is incredible. We just kept pounding away & eventually Seattle’s D got tired & we were able to hit them with some big runs later in the game. Amari Cooper also, great game! He had a couple huge catches to move the chains & also his ability to get YAC is so underrated. I mean honestly, we need to find more ways to get this guy the ball in open space.
Another player who deserves a shout out who really hasn’t played at all this season due to injury but made a HUGE impact on special teams today is Tayvon Austin. We’ve been desperately needing a punt returner all season & im so glad he’s back! Dude is such a huge threat back there & his returns are such momentum shifters/boosters.

The super bowl thing was a joke...... Anyway, Watson had one bad game. You can’t determine a qb’s entire career off one game. You seem to forget that he missed most of his rookie year, so he is still in the process of correcting certain things.

Refs were terrible all game (for both teams, missed a terrible hold on Baldwin's incredible catch, missed the PI on Dak's INT, then called a phantom pass interference on Dallas' final drive against SEA), but Dak is a warrior who battled his a--- off, Zeke was excellent, per usual, and the defense held Wilson and co. to 14 points through 58 minutes, and under 300 yards total for the entire game. Bottled up the number one rushing offense in the league, too. Nice win. Hoping the Eagles win tomorrow and we see LA next week.

@Epitome what are your thoughts for this Chargers vs Ravens playoff game? usually when a team has to travel a really loooooong distance they struggle--but i think the Chargers will correct some of the things they did wrong when they played the Ravens earlier in the year and pull out the victory. i trust rivers more than jackson. i'm excited to watch jackson play tomorrow because so far all i've seen is highlights. i haven't gotten a chance to sit down and actually watch him play a game. but yeah, i got the chargers winning. that gimmicky Michael Vick/ Warrick Dunn s--- that the Ravens run won't be sustainable

as far as the eagles vs. da bears--i think it'll come down to which QB makes fewer big mistakes. i don't see trubisky or foles having a good game. this one seems like it'll be a low scoring game and a battle of the defenses. i'll take chicago to win--because they're at home-- and their defense is likely to give foles problems because the eagles line isn't playing like they did last year. da bears win

I think The Chargers take it! Even though they f----- us on the schedule (there were 4 game windows available, they should always avoid making the west coast team that has to fly to the east coast play at 10am our time) and even though the Ravens defense is even nastier than I thought it was, I like our chances.

We just played them two weeks ago so we have fresh tape to study on how they beat us. When two good teams play each other (especially this close together) the team that lost generally wins the second matchup because of this. We are also the first team to play Lamar twice which is a benefit because, again, we know exactly what it is like to go against him.

If Gates doesn’t fumble on that game winning drive, we win that game. Our guys know that and I think they have the confidence they can take this game as long as they limit the mistakes and penalties that lost the week 16 game. The Ravens played a perfect game to beat us and we really didn’t play that well and still almost won.

It’s not going to be easy to stop Lamar on the ground but I really do think having the experience against him is huge. I think we win!

He has had multiple bad games. I mean he did have more good regular season games than bad. He’s just a guy idk if I could trust, especially in the playoffs. Watching some of his passes today was honestly the worst I may have seen a qb throw during a playoff game. Ik I wouldn’t want him on my team. But i do feel he has potential to be an all around good qb. I just think another bad injury from running the football may do it for him. Hopefully he proves me wrong.

And @TimmyT dont even like that post. You were raving how good teddy bridgewater was going to be a few years ago. You have horrible opinions on qbs.

saying a player isn't going to win a Superbowl based on ONE game is a very bold statement. QB play is obviously very important. the QB is the one guy who always touches the ball and he's the decision maker, but its still very much a team game. the eagles winning the super bowl with nick foles is proof in the pudding. don't get me wrong, i don't have anything against foles, but obviously a team winning it all with a back up is very unusual. so yeah, saying Watson won't win a Superbowl based on that one performance yesterday is pretty far-fetched.

i don't have a problem with admitting when i'm wrong. football is unpredictable, so people are going to get things wrong--whether its predicting games or predicting how good they think players will be from college to the NFL. but as i said before, i was never a big fan or supporter of bridgewater--i don't know why you keep lying about that

I’m not basing Watson over “one” game. I’ve watched him more than enough to determine my opinion on him. Sure he threw the ball well against some s-----y teams this season. He doesn’t have the caliber to be a playoff qb. He’ll choke anytime he has a playoff game. I would bet money on it. Did you not see how clearly shook he was yesterday? He can try being a running qb, but they don’t last long. You have to be able to execute passes in the playoffs.

Why are you bringing Nick Foles into this? I would prefer my starter to be Foles than Watson any day. I understand it takes a team to win. But, Watson couldn’t even get any points until the 2nd half. That’s on the qb. Idk if I ever seen throws so far off watching a playoff game as I witnessed with Houston.

And you were a fan of Teddy come on Timmy. I directly remember you saying on SL how much faith you had in him and everything. I think even after he was injured you still wanted him to be back to start. I only exaggerated when I said you compared him to warren moon. You and I both know you were a supporter of Teddy when the Vikings first got him.

Watson was a top 15 QB this season who struggled in his first playoff game. He’ll be fine. Luck was very volatile in his first couple playoff games.

Lamar Jackson is still a very raw talent. He has the big play ability but he’s so under developed as a passer. It’s shown throughout the season but today especially. If I’m Baltimore, I put Flacco in. What else do you have to lose?

exactly. and that's one of the main reasons i picked the chargers. jackson is a project and it's going to take time for him to develop. he's not polished. plus its his first playoff game and its not like he's played all season long.

plus the Ravens are running that gimmicky Mike Vick/Warrick Dunn s---. and the ravens are a run first team---meaning they aren't good at coming from behind and they've obviously trailed for the entire game

Jackson rallied well at the end of the game & gave Baltimore a shot. Still though, can’t help but think if the Ravens had at least a decent passer, this game could have gone a lot differently. This is good playing time for Jackson though. Ravens just gotta work with him & hopefully he’ll develop & improve.
