Congratulations @Boos btw. I hope Philly looks good in the post season. They have the talent to. I feel their wide receivers are underachieving this year. Philly needs to get Wentz a big name WR imo. AJ Green could hit the market so the bengals can work on rebuilding. Wentz is the type of qb, give him a threat like Green, Wentz passing yards could go way up. Plus when Ertz is healthy he has a top 3/top 5 tight end.

Lol @Enigma trying to act like their team got robbed out of the playoffs. Yes, the cowboys beat up on all the s-----y teams away. Take away their very easy schedule the first 4 games, and all those stats you posted change. They should have easily won the division this year with the record eagles finished with. Come on enigma, no one wants cowboys in the playoffs or think they’re any good. Atlanta would put up a better post season than the cowboys.

Dallas was a big disappointment this year, no question.

but hey the Vikings are probably bout to play @ the saints where they’d lose by 20 so ugh not like that’s much better.

got a small chance at Seattle if the Seahawks can somehow pull this one off.

Yeah but the “good teams” we lost to typically only beat us by one possession. One possession games have a lot of variance. A bad call, the ball bounces the wrong way, one bad coaching decision etc. is the difference. Cowboys were like
6-2 in one possession games in 2018 & 0-5 in one possession games this season. Im not making excuses: this is a product of a head coach who likes to play conservative; who likes to keep games close & win it in the 4th Q. That offensive philosophy puts your team in a disadvantage because close games can go either way. It’s just disappointing because Dallas had a top 3 offense in the NFL & that in itself should have warranted at least 10 wins.

e.g. Look at the Seattle Seahawks. They are an 11/12 win team with a conservative head coach, poor defense& good offense mostly due to their star QB. Dallas is better than them offensively & probably defensively as well. They just got more fortunate in their close games.

so the Vikings have to go to new orleans, which will obviously be tough. but i'm just excited to be back in the playoffs. we'll see what happens.

i think the NFC is going to be won by New Orleans or San Francisco. as much as i'd love to see the Vikings in the Superbowl, its very difficult to make it as a 6th seed. the eagles may upset the seahawks since the game is at philadelphia, but i doubt they'll get any further than that due to inconsistency and the amount of injuries they've suffered. i feel like the seahawks over achieved this season. injuries have hit them in recent weeks and i just don't feel like they're as well rounded as some of the other teams. if Rodgers was playing like he was 4 years ago, i may have picked the pack to come out of the NFC, but aaron clearly isn't the same. the good news is they have a bye--but i don't see them winning the NFC side of the playoffs. i'm gonna pick the Saints. brees has more experience than Jimmy G and both have well rounded teams.

on the AFC side i think its a 2 horse race between the Ravens and Chiefs. the bills are too inexperienced. the patriots blew it today by losing to Miami. they have to win 3 straight playoff games to make the super-bowl. that's not going to happen with how their offense has looked in recent weeks. the titans just aren't good enough. the texans have the potential to do it, but will probably fall short because @Sign Language says bill o brien isn't good enough to lead this team far in the playoffs. i'm gonna pick the ravens over the chiefs because i feel like they're more well rounded. the chiefs have actually played better defense in recent weeks, but the ravens defense is good and they've got a guy who is hard to prepare for due to how unorthodox his style is

Ravens vs. Saints is my prediction

If you’re the 49ers, you have to be hoping to see the Seahawks again in the divisional round—right? They’re the worst team in the playoffs in the NFC imo. Or maybe Philly because they’re so hurt.

In theory, we’d have Desean back for that game if/when we advance. He’s been ready to go for a week or so now, but can’t come off IR until the divisional round. We’re finally hitting our stride with Wentz getting some chemistry with the young guys who now have their feet under them. Wentz has been unbelievable as of late, and it looks like Seattle is trending downward at the wrong to, so if I was a 49er fan I would want Seattle. But who knows, anything can happen between divisional opponents so maybe not.

edit: also Seattle is only like +7 in point differential, so while their record appears great it could have very easily been under .500 with a few breaks going the other way.

    Wildcard Weekend

    Bills vs Texans -3
    Titans vs Patriots -4.5
    Vikings vs Saints -8
    Seahawks -1.5 vs Eagles

Love the underdogs typically on wildcard weekend to cover the spread

Holy h--- is Colin Cowherd slaughtering Baker Mayfield. He is right though. Baker isn’t even a top 5 young qb in the AFC anymore. Which he was never good to begin with. It’s going to be hilarious when the Browns organization finally accepts Baker just isn’t a nfl qb. We’ve seen a ton of rookies play decent then completely fall off the map. I mean you even get Odell brought to you so you can’t use no big threat excuse. Nick Chub ended up being a top 5 rb. Chub and Hunt is the best running back group in the league. You can’t fire a coach after one year, when he’s not even the main problem. The browns record was still good for the browns. Winning more than 3 games for them is a good year.

I really wish some of you p-----s put your money where your mouth was, before week one started. I’d be rich. The “Browns are easily winning their division” “They are probably going to the Super Bowl. They have the most talented team” lmfao @TimmyT @Enigma You 2 lost a ton of credibility after over hyping the browns up, then completely pretend you guys weren’t over hyping when the season started. And somehow Timmy, you know that I know that you still think Odell is the best WR in the league. I won’t blame him this year though with a s--- qb.

For like the 1000th time you loser junkie, I said I thought they would be favored. I also said I wouldn’t be surprised if the Steelers won the division either which I was terribly wrong about as well. I don’t see you slamming me for that though.

i picked the browns to win the division and i was wrong. but i never said anything about them easily winning their division or probably going to the superbowl--those are just lies you made up. this is why i sometimes don't reply to you--because you just make s--- up in your attempt to troll or be funny or whatever it is you're trying to do

I like the Bills to get the upset. Haven’t watched enough Texans to make a proper analysis but it seems like they are inconsistent defense, and have a great offence. Which boats well for Buffalo since D is their strength and offence is their weakness, The game will be won on defensive side. I see it being a low scoring game, hoping Josh Allen makes couple big plays...can’t let DHopkins and Fuller get over the top or else its over. Bills need to limit the big plays of Watson...if they can’t don’t see Josh Allen going toe for toe with Watson...

    17-14 Bills

    @TimmyT

What’s your take on your Vikings going to New Orleans...not the ideal 1st round game you wanted...I’d take Vikings on the road over Philly, Green Bay but I don’t like the matchup.

1 thing is certain is that it’s indoor field so that’s Bree’s favorite place to play but Vikings are used to that to..

I can see Vikings putting up pts...but you don’t want a track meet with New Orleans...much prefer a low scoring game and defensive grind to give Vikings a chance...

Either way +8 I’m taking Vikings all day in gambling world...
