Redskins move down to 3, take Chase Young and get pick 56 basically for "free".

Lions drop from 3 to 5 and get pick 18 while still being guaranteed Okudah or Simmons.

Dolphins move up from 5 to 2, take Tua and still have pick 26 to take another first rounder.

Haven't looked at the trade chart but the numbers should be pretty close and everyone walks away with their ideal prospect imo.

I’m usually anti-resigning RBs but Ekeler is a top 5 RB in the league (yes, you read that right) & he’ll be the 10th highest paid RB based on salary per year with this contract. I think this is good value for the Chargers.

Well Ekeler is a stud at running a short to medium pass route too. Top 5 is pushing it, but I’m not going to disagree because his receiving values also make him a better overall rb. They have a few nice highlight videos of him on YouTube and once he breaks past the d-line and middle linebackers, his field vision is so d--- good. If you’re interested in watching. He has a nice speed burst, and it’s very hard tackling him one on one. He makes Safety’s miss with ease. The chargers were playing better as a team, when Ekeler was their main running back. I get so angry when someone like him runs it to the one or 2 yard line then they bring Melvin Gordon in for the TD.

Now where does Melvin Gordon go? I’m not a huge fan of him. But if the Steelers don’t get Bell back (which is unlikely, he’s just my personal favorite running back since Curtis Martin) , i would be happy with them signing Gordon. They could limit Conner’s carries then too since he’s already a 100% injury prone RB.

Also I know some think this is a controversial opinion, but give me Ekeler over Barkley. Idk if Barkley will ever top his rookie year tbh.

But over Ekeler, the obvious better running backs would be Cook, Henry, Chubb, Jacobs (total work horse and really all the raiders have), McCaffrey obviously, maybe Aaron Jones because of his running and catching ability, about as equal as Ekeler. Elliot should be a better RB, but idk if he’ll produce the fantasy points Ekeler will. Then finally Kamara who’s on the same fence as Elliot. And I’d take Bell over Ekeler, only if Bell leaves the Jets.

Whoever made this RB power ranking list needs fired. They have Kenyan Drake, Miles Sanders, Guice, Ronald Jones, Gus Edwards and a few others over Ekeler lmao It’s the most recent ranked list that popped up online so maybe this was just for the end of last season. Plus Ekeler will naturally move up, once Gordon is gone. But wow is this list terrible. AP over Ekeler? Holy f---.

Give me Ekeler over anyone that’s not McCaffery, Barkley, Jones, or Kamara. He’s just as good as all those guys too.

how many RBs can you line up outside that can make defenders look foolish like this?

That acceleration & power... he reminds me of Darren Sproles. Doesn’t matter how or where he gets the ball. Just put it in his hands & watch magic.

yeah, i don't understand why Xavier fell off so badly :jordan:

he was horrible last season and the year before that he was only slightly better. he isn't old, so its kind of hard to explain the major drop off in play. i'm OK with us cutting him. we needed cap space and there's no sign he'll return to form

but maybe he'll rejuvenate his career on another team..

Yeah that’s why no team is offering him a lot of money to be their qb lololololol He lost to Ryan Tannehill. And the Titans are keeping Ryan over Tom, an old washed up qb. Brady’s stats were complete s--- the last like 3 years. Gronk was his lethal weapon he depended on. Now without Gronk, Brady is a bottom 5-7 Tier qb.

Lmao, that was the worst trade I can ever remember atm. Why the f--- would the Texans take a run down out of prime rb over a top 5 WR?

And the cowboys are complete morons for not giving Cooper a good contract. You mise well get rid of Dak, if you aren’t going to have Cooper. Those 2 had good chemistry naturally. I could see the cowboys doing that on purpose tbh. Just to watch Dak’s numbers take a drop this season. Then using that as an excuse to not paying Dak what he wants. Which Dak isn’t near worth what he thinks he is anyways.

And f--- it, I’ll say it. The cowboys hold a grudge against black quarterbacks. I think it’s obviously clear at this point. If they have some sort of beef with him, just trade him for a high round draft pick, to draft another qb. Dak is nothing special, a basic choke artist who always loses in must win games. If there’s secret beef with Dak and the organization, it’s better to part ways asap. They’re never going to be Super Bowl contenders, at this point.
