I think it was a fair deal. At first thought Bills gave too much considering DHopkins to Cardinals, but you are right he should have big numbers next couple years. Top 5 or 7 receiver in the league.

Bills are officially in win now mode and needed a accomplished receiver not a draft pick.

@TimmyT who are the Vikes trying to get in the draft? What position? I’m sure they will draft a WR now. I heard they might takes those picks and package it to move up in the draft.

Don’t think Amari Cooper is worth that money...that’s Julio/Michael Thomas range...overpaid in my opinion.

I’ll take the Chargers...just because it’s LA (family would be close, his wife career) but Bucs would be intriguing lol

You pay for top tier WRs. Maybe he’s not Julio/Thomas but he’s a top 10 player at the 2nd most valuable position in the sport.

he’s a top 10 wr for sure. But Dallas is going to be tied up in 4 dudes. DLawrence, Cooper, Dak, Zeke worth the money? Maybe save on Cooper and spend money elsewhere? Defence?

I don’t follow Dallas but all these mainstream analysts say how he plays well at home and plays poorly on the road...which is maybe QB or offense fault not the wide out...but they seem like they wouldn’t spend that on Cooper.

What did I tell everyone? Even @Boos was like Naw Brady is staying in New England. So did @Enigma I believe. Before last season started, I directly said this will be toms last year in NE. What’s sad is barely any team is even interested in him, except the chargers. Once he couldn’t do dump off passes to Gronk and with Edelman out of his prime. Brady turned into s--- real quick. This is why Slyk told me that I’m the best and most accurate poster of this thread. I still don’t get why you guys act like he wouldn’t leave the patriots. Especially when everyone said how weird it’d be to see Favre leave the packers, and Peyton the colts.

And I’m being dead serious here; if I had to choose one veteran qb who just retired or is on his last legs, I’d feel better with Eli Manning over Brady. Eli can still gun sling a ball. Brady can’t. Brady needs a receiving RB that amounts to half of his pass completions.

N'Keal Harry is extremely talented, and Brady couldn’t break him into a good WR. Brady couldn’t make Dorsett a decent qb. Any elite qb can make WR stars. And what’s sad is reports are saying Brady wants to go to the easiest division. So now it’s looking like Tampa Bay. Brady is the biggest p---- in the nfl. Your division finally gets a little harder and you run and hide. The great qb’s like Montana, Manning, Marino didn’t take the most easy road possible like Brady does.

Zeke contract was the big mistake. Cooper contract is worth it if we want to continue to be one of the top offenses in the league which is what’s most important. Defense, we need a #1 CB now that Byron Jones is gone but I’m hoping we can fill that in free agency (Chris Harris Jr).

Offense is always more important than defense imo especially when it comes to passing offense. You win in the NFL by being able to efficiently pass the ball.

looks like teddy bridgewater is going to be the panthers new number 1 QB. i'm excited to see how he'll do now that he'll be back to playing on a regular basis. i've never been a big believer in teddy, even before the injury, but he's got some weapons in carolina, so maybe he can prove me wrong. we'll see

Seems like Brady to Tampa Bay is inevitable...GM of the Bucs was the main reason Patriots drafted Brady in 2000...he was head scout for Pats.., + no income tax in Florida + Bruce Arians, Godwin/Evans.
