Bills taking a huge L with this trade right now tbh. Unless they're draft picks involved in this trade, Bills are getting the complete s--- end of this deal. Then again, the dude did tear his ACL. Maybe Bills know something about his health that we don't?

I guess we can assume the Eagles will be shopping for offensive players in free agency/the draft.

I like Kiko Alonso a lot, and the RB position in today's NFL has obviously been devalued, but where does this leave the Eagles offense? Foles struggled last season and this doesn't make his job any easier.

I'm not sure who got the better end of the deal, but this is definitely a bold move by Philly

I have no idea what the Bills logic is then. It's not like they are in a win now scenario with no QB. Bills have been looking promising these past couple years too but they took a step back with this if it turns out to be true. If Eagles lose Maclin though, that's going to be a huge loss. Lol poor Nick Foles bruh.

In other news, Cowboys extended Cole Beasly for 4 more years. So happy that he's sticking around, dude is a 1st down machine and his chemistry with Romo is great. I remember a couple years back Cowboy fans were saying to cut him, he's to small, he's been on the roster for over a year and hasn't produced anything etc. and I wanted to keep him simply based off the potential. He's crazy fast, so quick with his cuts, has naturally good route running, good hands, I knew he'd be a nightmare in the slot and last year he finally came through.

Anyway, Spiller confirmed he's gone, but we knew that was coming. Jackson will probably be back for another year. I was expecting it to be Bryce Brown, Anthony Dixon, and Fred Jackson at RB next season. I really don't get this deal at all. Bills need a QB, not another RB. And giving up such a talented young linebacker just doesn't make sense to me.

Is this all true? If so then I don't think the Bills made a bad move. Obviously only time will tell but even 1 ACL injury is a huge deal, so is hip surgery. Even if he's ahead of schedule for his rehab, we won't really know how he'll be until the games start and even then, no way to know he can stay healthy. His past certainly indicates he can't.

Bills got McCoy for a guy who's had hip surgery and 2 torn ACLs, not as awful of a deal as some of you are acting like. It will end up being a steal if Kiko goes down again. McCoy's likely got at least 3-4 elite years left.

Here we go, NOW this trade makes more sense to me. I thought this was the only major injury Alonso has suffered but with all those you just mentioned, it makes more sense.

EDIT: Reportedly Demarco Murray will stay with Cowboys if their offer is near the offers he gets from other teams.

Win for Philly. Something like 25 million over three years, for under 2 millions for 2 years. Even if Alonso doesn't pan out, and injuries plague him, they will have the money to fix it. If Alonso does work out...With Kendricks? Scary.

I don't understand the trade. Linebacker was not a position of need for us. Already had Barwin, Ryans, Kendricks, and Cole under contract plus Brandon Graham and that (bust?) 1st round pick from last year. If they traded him for a top DB like Revis I'd say it was a good deal. They just created a hole for themselves at running back now. Sproles isn't a #1. Maybe they wanna go after Demarco Murray? Idk. They better re-sign Jeremy Maclin or we're f-----.

Bottom line: McCoy is a Top 5 RB in the league but I don't think Alonso is a Top 5 LB. So Buffalo won this one imo. I'd rather have the Bills 1st round pick instead of Alonso tbh.

Well for starters Cole got released and Graham is a fa and rumors are running demeco might get cut so yeah they kinda do need a lb or two. Theyre not getting Murray Or ap. This was a clear indication they don't wanna spend much on a rb. Chip said he wasn't a fan of shadys contract.

The majority of my friends are all Bills fans and they're all pissed off and think they lost on the trade. Apparently Alonso was a big fan favorite there.

I'm gonna be furious if Maclin leaves. How can you justify giving Riley Cooper $5 million/year and letting Jackson and Maclin walk?
